Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam proses produksi untuk menghasilkan listrik PT. PJB menggunakan sistem monitoring bernama Distributed Control System yang terintregrasi disetiap bagian dari PLTU. Elemen PLTU yang harus dimonitor terus menerus salah satunya Tangki Deaerator. Deaerator adalah alat yang berfungsi untuk menghilangkan kandungan oksigen atau gas-gas terlarut lainnya pada air umpan sebelum masuk ke boiler. Sehingga suhu serta jumlah airnya harus selalu dijaga. Berdasarkan program kerja PT. PJB yang bernama Remote Engineer, Monitoring, Diagnostic and Optimization (REMDO) PT. PJB akan mengintegrasikan seluruh pembangkit beserta elemennya secara digital melalui internet. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas terciptalah sebuah ide untuk membuat inovasi baru yaitu “RANCANG BANGUN PROTOTIPE MONITORING SUHU DAN LEVEL AIR TANGKI DEAERATOR BERBASIS IOT (INTERNET OF THINGS) DI PT. PJB UBJO&M UNIT 9 PAITON”. Cara kerja dari sistem ini adalah kondisi dari Tangki Deaerator akan diproses melalui mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266. Pengguna atau operator hanya perlu membuka halaman web untuk melihat kondisi terkini dari Tangki Deaerator tersebut kapanpun dan dimanapun. Sistem monitoring tangki deaerator dapat bekerja dengan baik. Sistem ini telah diuji sebanyak 3 kali pengujian. Dengan masing-masing pengujian terdapat 5 kali proses mengirim data ke database. Dari keseluruhan pengujian didapatkan error sebesar 0%, hal ini menunjukkan jika sistem ini berjalan sesuai dengan prinsip kerjanya. Pemantauan atau monitoring dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja selama 24 jam melalui halaman web. Hal ini akan memudahkan petugas dalam memantau kondisi terkini dari tangki deaerator tanpa harus datang ke ruang CCR (Central Control Room). Kata Kunci: NodeMCU, ESP8266, Deaerator, Distributed Control System, Internet of Things, Monitoring system, REMDO. ABSTRACT In the production process to generate electricity PT. PJB uses a monitoring system called Distributed Control System which is integrated in every part of the power plant. Elements of steam power plant that must be monitored continuously one of them Deaerator Tank. Deaerator is a tool that serves to eliminate the oxygen content or other dissolved gases in the feed water before entering the boiler. So the temperature and the amount of water should always be maintained. Based on the work program of PT. PJB named Remote Engineer, Monitoring, Diagnostic and Optimization (REMDO) PT. PJB will integrate all generators and their elements digitally over the internet. Based on the above problems created an idea to create a new innovation that is "PROTOTYPE DESIGN MONITORING TEMPERATURE AND WATER LEVEL OF DEAERATOR TANK BASED ON IOT(INTERNET OF THINGS) IN PT. PJB UBJO&M UNIT 9 PAITON". The workings of this system is the condition of the Deaerator Tank will be processed through NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller. Users or operators only need to open a web page to see the current condition of the Deaerator Tank whenever and wherever. Deaerator tank monitoring system can work well. This system has been tested for 3 times testing. With each test there are 5 times the process of sending data to the database. From the overall test obtained 0% of error, this indicates if the system is running in accordance with the principle work. Monitoring can be done anywhere and anytime for 24 hours through a web page. This will make it easier for the officer to monitor the current condition of the deaerator tank without having to come to the CCR (Central Control Room).
