ABSTRAK Proses perencanaan hingga penjadwalan selama pelaksanaan pekerjaan merupakan kegiatan penting dari suatu proyek. Pada pelaksanaan proyek seringkali terjadi keterlambatan waktu pekerjaan yang mengakitbatkan terhambatnya waktu pekerjaan lain. Pihak perusahaan kurang efektif dalam menjadwalkan kegiatan yang akan dikerjakan sehingga menyebabkan kemunduran suatu pekerjaan yang tidak terdeteksi atau karena alasan teknis lainnya. Metode PERT (Project Evaluation Review Technique) dapat digunakan untuk mengatur waktu penyelesaian proyek dengan lebih efektif. Untuk mengurangi dampak keterlambatan dan pembengkakan biaya proyek dapat menggunakan metode crashing dengan cara menambah jumlah jam lebur pekerja. Percepatan durasi dilakukan pada pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang ada dilintasan kritis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan perhitungan perencanaan waktu menggunakan network planning dengan metode Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) diketahui tepat untuk diterapkan di perusahaan pada perencanaan waktu dan biaya proyeknya, karena lebih meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan biaya proyek. Waktu proyek normal adalah 28 hari dapat dipercepat selama 6 hari menjadi 22 hari dan biaya proyek normalnya sebesar Rp. 161.284.398 dan biaya proyek setelah dipercepat sebesar Rp. 153.511.206. Kata Kunci : Project Evaluation Review Teqhnique (PERT), Network Planning, Crashing, Proyek, effisiensi ABSTRACT The process of planning to scheduling during the execution of job is an important activity of a project. In a project, there is often a delay in the work time which causes the delay of other work time. The company is less effective in scheduling activities that need to be done so as to cause deterioration of an undetected work or for the other technical reasons. The PERT (Project Evaluation Review Technique) method can be used to manage project completion time more effectively. To reduce the impact of delays and project cost swelling can use the method of crashing by increasing the number of worker hours. Acceleration of duration is done on the existing jobs critical path. Based on the results of the research and calculation of the time planning using network planning with Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) methods is right to be applied in the company on the planning time and cost of the project, because it can increases the efficiency of time and cost of the project. Normal project time is 28 days can be accelerated for 6 days to 22 days and the project cost is normally Rp. 161.284.398 and project costs after accelerated by Rp. 153.511.206.
