Abstract

ABSTRAK Kapal induk perambuan KN. Bacan merupakan proyek di PT. Orela Shipyard. Kapal ini proyek Kementerian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia. Dalam hal ini interior kapal khususnya pintu kedap air atau disebut juga watertight door menggunakan sistem manual. Sistem manual memiliki beberapa kelemahan diantaranya harus menggunakan tenaga manusia, tingkat keamanan di nilai kurang. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut rancangan watertight door menggunakan sistem hidrolik merupakan solusi yang tepat. Rancangan ini difokuskan pada watertight door antara Main Engine Room dan Auxiliary Engine Room. Proses rancang watertight door dilakukan menggunakan software Autocad dengan rule BKI. Selain itu dilakukan perhitungan beban watertight door, pemilihan spesifikasi actuator, perhitungan head lose, perhitungan gaya pompa hidrolik, perhitungan daya motor dan pompa hidrolik, serta pemilihan spesifikasi pompa yang cocok. Sistem hidrolik memiliki kelebihan yaitu pengoperasian lebih mudah, tenaga besar dan kuat, beban mudah dikontrol memakai katup relief valve, serta mudah pemasangan. Hasil perhitungan didapatkan gaya hidrolik Fhidrolik sebesar 502,485 N = 0,502 kN maka, bore 32 mm = 0,032 m dan stroke 300 mm = 0,3 m yang didapatkan dari pemilihan spesifikasi actuator. Daya pompa sebesar 68,198 Watt = 0,068 kW. Pemilihan spesifikasi yang tepat dapat menjadikan rancangan sistem hidrolik digunakan dan layak diproduksi oleh perusahaan pada kapal induk perambuan KN. The ship project the Ministry of transportation of the Republic of Indonesia In this case the ship's interior especially watertight doors or also called the watertight door using manual systems. Manual systems have some disadvantages of which must use human power, the level of security in the value is less. Based on the design problems of the watertight door use a hydraulic system is the right solution. This plan is focused on the watertight door between the Main Engine Room and the Auxiliary Engine Room. Watertight door design process was conducted using Autocad software with BKI rules. In addition the load calculation of the load of the watertight door, selection actuator specification, head lose calculation, calculation of hydraulic pump force, the calculation power of the motor and hydraulic pump, as well as the selection of a suitable pump specifications. The hydraulic system has advantages namely operation easier, big and strong power, load easily controlled wear valve relief valve, as well as easy installation. The calculation result obtained by hydraulic Fhidrolik style of 502.485 N = 0.502 kN then, bore 32 mm = 0.032 m and stroke 300 mm = 0.3 m obtained from the selection of actuator specification. Power pumps of 68.198 Watts = 0.068 kW. The selection of appropriate specifications can make the design of the hydraulic system used and worth produced by companies in aircraft carrier perambuan KN.
