ABSTRAK PT. DOK DAN PERKAPALAN SURABAYA adalah perusahaan reparasi kapal yang mempunyai fasilitas pengedokan menggunakan Slipway dan Airbags. Teknologi menaikkan dan menurunkan kapal dengan menggunakan metode Airbags sudah banyak dipergunakan oleh galangan kapal di Indonesia. Namun tidak sedikit juga galangan yang masih menggunakan metode Slipway untuk menaikkan dan menurunkan kapal. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya analisa ekonomis terhadap masing-masing metode tersebut, sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan dari masing-masing metode berbeda cukup jauh. Dengan demikian, penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai ekonomis dari fasilitas pengodakan yang ada di PT. DOK DAN PERKAPALAN SURABAYA, dan difokuskan pada analisa biaya biaya operasional yang dibutuhkan dan kebutuhan jam orang dari kedua metode tersebut. Dari hasil perhitungan biaya operasional peralatan, tenaga kerja, dan jam orang, selanjutnya didapatkan hasil bahwa total biaya operasional dan tenaga kerja pada Slipway adalah Rp 88.855.200 sedangkan Airbags Rp 61.269.000. Serta jam orang yang lebih cepat Airbags yakni 10.560menit dan Slipway 21.600 menit Kata kunci : Docking, Reparasi, dan Nilai ekonomis ABSTRACT PT. DOK DAN PERKAPALAN SURABAYA is kind a ship repairing company which has docking facilities using both Slipway and Airbags. The technology for ships docking and undocking by using airbags method has been widely used by many shipyards in Indonesia. But there are some of those still using Slipway facility methods for ships docking and undocking. This is due to the lack of economic analysis for each of these methods, so the costs of each method differ quite considerably. Thus, this paper aims to determine the economic value of the docking facility at PT. DOK DAN PERKAPALAN SURABAYA, and focused on cost analysis of operational costs and need of the hour required of the two methods. From the calculation of operating costs of equipment, labor and man hours, further showed that total operating costs and labor on the Slipway is Rp 88.855.200 million, while Airbags reach Rp 61.269 million. As well as the man hours for Airbags reach 10.560 minutes and Slipway reach 21.600 minutes. Keywords : Docking, Repair, and Economic value
