ABSTRAK Jam orang merupakan jam kerja yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan sampai pekerjaan tersebut selesai. Material merupakan komponen yang penting dalam pembangunan kapal pada tahap konstruksi. Perencanaan jam orang dan material sangat penting diperhitungkan agar tidak terjadi penambahan dari yang direncanakan sehingga dapat meminimalisasi kerugian terhadap perusahaan. Dari data yng diperoleh dari PT. Dumas Tanjung Perak Shipyards perhitungan dilaksanakan pada tahap fabrikasi, assembly, dan erection saja sedangkan kebutuhan material difokuskan pada kebutuhan plat dan profil adalah membandingkan antara perencanaan dengan elaksanaan dilapangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa perencanaan dan realisasi didapatkan ketidaksesuaian jam orang dan kebutuhan material pada proses pembangunan blok 215 kapal Perintis 1200 GT. Kebutuhan jam orang pada perencanaan adalah 1408 jam dan 1649 jam orang untuk realisasi keterlambatan 17,11%. Untuk Kebutuhan material plat perencanaan sebanyak 19 lembar dengann berat 12552,67 kg dan profil sebanyak 46 lonjor dengan berat 2248,92 kg sedangakan kebutuhan material secara realisasi yaitu plat sebanyak 22 lembar denagn berat 14 537,79 kg dan profil sebanyak 54 lonjor dengan berat 2637,48 kg. Sehingga selisih jumlah plat adalah 15,8% dan selisih jumlah profil adalah 17,28 %. Jadi dapat dilihat bahwa pada peembangunan blok 215 mengalami keterlambatan jam orang dan penambahan material. Kata kunci : Blok, Jam Orang, Material ABSTRACK Man hours are the working hours that need to complete a job until the job is completed. Material are important component to build a ship in the construction stage. Planning man hours and materials are very important to be count in order to avoid addition of the planned so. That can minimize losses to the company. From The data that get from PT. Dumas Tanjung Perak Shipyards counting only doing at the fabrication, assembly and erection stage. While the material needs are focused on the needs of the plate and profile is compare between planning and implementation directly. Based on the result of analysis planning and realization are no matched between man hours and material needs. In a process of building block 215 of pioneer ship of 1200 GT. The needs of man hour on planning are 1408 man hours and 1649 man hours so to realization was late 17,11% .for plate material needs planning as many 19 sheets with weight 12552,67 kg and profile 46 stick with weight 2248,92 kg. while material needs on realization that is plate are 22 pieces with weight 14537,79 kg and profiles are 54 stick with weight 2637,48 kg. So that the plate's difference is 15.8% and the profile's difference is 17,28%. So it can be known that in the building of block 215 was happened a late of man hours and materials addition.
