ABSTRAK Proses Erection ini merupakan pekerjaan terakhir dalam pembuatan badan kapal. Proses ini melakukan penyambungan antar block (section) satu dengan Section yang lainnya dari bagian kapal antar block yang sebelumnya telah dikerjakan pada proses assembly, Proses ini juga membutuhkan gambar general arragement untuk mengetahui nomer urutan pada block kapal. Perencanaan pembagian block direncanakan oleh kapasitas muatan crane dan tempat untuk block dengan jumlah kapasitas ton, setelah gambar kapal (geneal arragement) di rencanakan konstruksi (longitudinal section) proses ini sangat penting merencanakan konstruksi karena proses ini berkaitan dengan pembentukan block dan per bagian block, langkah selanjutnya dilakukan rencana memecah gambar perblock hingga menjadi proses piece drawing, proses ini dimana pada gambar konstruksi akan di pecah hingga menjadi beberapa komponen kapal hingga dilakukan proses pembentukan atau penggabungan di lapangan kerja yaitu proses fabrikas, proses fabrikasi boleh dilakukan setelah proses working drawing untuk pengerjaan di lapangan sesuai arahan gambar hingga membentuk block sesuai gambar yang di rencanakan. Sebelum block kapal di erection, bagian block satu dengan block lainnya di haruskan untuk pengelevelan block pada bidang datar, pengelevelan block di gunakan agar block kapal saat di gabungkan (erection) tidak terjadi de f ormasi yang berlebihan atau block satu dengan lain tidak dapat disatukan, maka dari itu kapal sebelum di erection wajib di level agar posisi block satu dengan lainnya dapat bertemu sesuai rencana block yang di tentukan. Kata Kunci : erection, construction, assembly, general arragement ABSTRACK This Erection process is the last job in shipbuilding. This process performs the connection between the blocks (sections) one with the other Section of the inter-block ship parts previously done in the assembly process. This process also requires a drawing of the general arragement to determine the order number on the shipblock. Planning of block division is planned by crane load capacity and place for block with the amount of ton capacity, after the geneal arrage is planned. The longitudinal section of this process is very important to plan the construction because this process is related to the formation of block and per part block, step Then do the plan to break the perblock image to be a drawing process, this process where the construction drawings will be broken up into several ship components until the process of forming or merging in the field work is the process of fabrication, fabrication process may be done after the working drawing process for the work in Field according to the direction of the image to form a block according to the image in the plan. Before the block of the ship is erected, the block part one with the other block is required for the leveling of the block on the flat plane, the block classification is used to block the ship when in the erection does not occur excessive deformation or block one with other can not be put together, The ship before the erection must be at the level to block the position of one with the other can meet according to the planned block plan.
