ABSTRAK Kebisingan merupakan faktor bahaya fisik yang sering dijumpai dilingkungan kerja. Proses produksi di CV.X berisiko menghasilkan kebisingan diatas NAB. Salah satu gangguan fisiologis akibat terpapar kebisingan yaitu peningkatan tekanan darah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kebisingan dan karakteristik individu terhadap peningkatan tekanan darah pekerja CV.X. Sampel penelitian seluruh pekerja CV.X ada 34 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan alat sound level meter, tensimeter digital, dan kuisioner. Analisis menggunakan metode uji chi square dan regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 26 orang (76%) terpapar kebisingan di atas NAB (DND>1) dan 27 orang (79%) mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah. Analisis didapatkan empat variabel X berhubungan dan berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan peningkatan tekanan darah yaitu kebisingan (Sig.0,004<0,05), status gizi (Sig.0,039<0,05), kebiasaan minum kopi (Sig.0,019<0,05), tingkat stres (Sig.0,008<0,05). Rekomendasi diberikan berupa mengganti silent box genset dengan kualitas lebih bagus atau memasang enclosure pada mesin genset (material batu bata, luasan enclosure 4,5m x 3m x 2,5m, memiliki kemampuan redam sebesar 84,66 dB (A)) dan juga desain enclosure pada mesin cooker-retort (material batu bata, 12m x 8m x 4m, kemampuan redam 84,93 dB (A)), memasang safety sign, memberikan APD ear plug jenis foam (NRR 33 dB (A)), melakukan pengecekan tekanan darah secara rutin, menyediakan kantin/jasa catering makanan, melakukan modifikasi gaya hidup, liburan, memberikan reward kepada pekerja dengan kinerja bagus. ABSTRACT Noise is one of the physical hazard factors that are often encountered in the work environment. Production process at CV.X risks generating of noise above NAB. One of the physiological disorders caused by noise exposure is increased of blood pressure. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of noise and individual characteristics on increased of blood pressure to workers CV.X. The sample of study all workers CV.X there are 34 pearsons. Data collection use sound level meter tools, digital tensimeter and questionnaires. Analysis use chi square and binary logistic regression test method. The result showed 26 people (76%) exposed to noise above NAB (DND>1) and 27 people (79%) had increased of blood pressure. Analysis showed that 4 variables X correlated and significantly influenced with increased of blood pressure is noise (Sig.0,004<0,05), nutritional status (Sig.0,039<0,05), habits of coffee drinking (Sig.0.019<0.05), stress level (Sig.0,008<0.05). Recommendations given such as replace silent box genset with better quality or install enclosure on genset (brick material, enlosure area 4.5m x 3m x 2.5m, have noise reduction ability 84,66 dB(A)) and also design enclosure on the cooker-retort machine (brick material, enlosure area 12m x 8m x 4m, have noise reduction ability 84,93 dB (A)), install safety sign, provide PPE earplug type foam (NRR 33 dB (A)), check blood pressure routinely, provide canteen or use food catering services, make lifestyle modification, held a vacation or gathering, give rewards to workers who have good performance.
