ABSTRAK PT. Petrowidada merupakan perusahaan penghasil Phthalic Anhydride menggunakan proses van heyden yaitu oksidasi, desublimasi, distilasi dan bagging. Bagging satu-satunya proses pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh iklim kerja, stres kerja, motivasi kerja, pengalaman kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. Pengukuran iklim kerja menggunakan alat WBGT. Pengukuran tingkat stres kerja, motivasi kerja, pengalaman kerja dan budaya organisasi menggunakan kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Didapatkan data berdistribusi normal. Tidak mengalami gejala heterokedastisitas karena taraf signifikan iklim kerja 0,185 stres kerja 0,316 nilai tersebut > 0,05. Tidak mengalami gejala multikolinieritas karena nilai VIF < 10 yaitu VIF iklim kerja 1,005 dan VIF stres kerja 1,005. Tidak mengalami gejala autokorelasi karena nilai durbin watson > durbin lower didapatkan nilai DW 1,339 dengan ketentuan durbin lower yaitu 0,6030. Diperoleh Pvalue 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara iklim kerja dan stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Rekomendasi yang diberikan seperti : perlu perbaikan ventilasi mekanis, menyediakan air minum tidak jauh dari pekerja, diadakan kegiatan rutin dalam menyampaikan pendapat mengenai pekerjaan, liburan bersama teman kerja dan atasan, pengelolaan waktu yang baik antara pekerjaan, keluarga dan teman, melakukan teknik relaksasi, latihan fisik. Measuring the level of work stress, work motivation, work experience and organizational culture using questionnaires. This research use multiple linear regression. Normal distributed data is obtained. Not experiencing symptoms of heterokedastisitas because significant level of work climate 0.185 work stress 0.316 value> 0.05. Not experiencing symptoms of multicollinearity due to VIF value <10 ie VIF working climate 1.005 and VIF work stress 1.005. No symptoms of autocorrelation due to durbin watson> durbin lower value obtained DW 1.339 with durbin lower of 0.6030. Obtained Pvalue 0,000 <0,05, so it can be concluded that there is significant influence between work climate and work stress to work productivity. Recommendations such as: need to repair mechanical ventilation, provide drinking water not far from workers, held regular activities in conveying opinions about work, vacation with colleagues and superiors, good time management between work, family and friends, doing relaxation techniques, exercises physical.
