ABSTRAK Pada proyek pembangunan jalan tol terdapat berbagai macam pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan konstruksi, baik itu yang sederhana maupun kompleks, baik yang menggunakan tenaga mesin maupun tenaga manusia. Hal tersebut juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh produktivitas kerja yang dimilki oleh tenaga kerja yang terlibat di dalamnya. Salah satu pekerjaan tersebut adalah pekerjaan pembuatan kolom tulangan. Beberapa faktor yang berpenrgaruh terhadap produktivitas adalah kepuasan kerja, stress kerja, motivasi kerja, keterampilan, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan perhitungan produktivitas kerja dengan pengamatan serta alat ukur kuesioner untuk kepuasan kerja, stress kerja, motivasi kerja, keterampilan, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi ditujukan kepada seluruh pekerja bagian pembuatan kolom tulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kepuasan kerja (X1) dan stress kerja (X2) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) dengan nilai signifikan masing-masing sebesar 0,064 dan 0,088. Koefisien determinasi (R 2 ) penelitian ini adalah 0,358 (35,8%) yang berarti variabel X 1 dan X2 berpengaruh efektif sebesar 35,8% terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja. Dalam hal ini rekomendasi yang bisa dilakukan perusahaan adalah dengan memberikan kompensasi yang layak, memberikan reward, membangun komunikasi, latihan fisik, dukungan sosial, konseling, seleksi penempatan, peningkatan keterlibatan pekerja dan program kesejahteraan. Kata Kunci : budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, produktivitas kerja, stress kerja ABSTRACT In highway construction projects there are various kinds of work related to construction, whether simple or complex, whether using ma chine power or human power. It is also strongly influenced by work productivity owned by the labor involved. One such job is the work of making a reinforcement column. Some of the factors that affect productivity are job satisfaction, job stress, work motivation, skills, leadership and organizational culture. This research uses multiple linier regression and work productivity calculation with observasii and measuring kuesioner for job satisfaction, job stress, work motivation, skill, leadership and organizational culture addressed to all workers of reinforcement field. The results showed that there was influence between job satisfaction variabel (X1) and work stress (X2) on work productivity (Y) with significant value respectively 0,064 and 0,088. Coefficient of determination (R 2 ) of this research is 0,358 (35,8%) which mean variabel X1 and X2 have effective effect equal to 35,8% to work productivity variabel. In this case the recommendations that can be done by the company is to provide appropriate compensation, provide rewards, build communication, physical training, social support, counseling, placement selection, increasing employee involvement and welfare programs.
