Abstract

ABSTRAK Plant yang terdapat di PT. PERTAMINA EP beroperasi selama 24 jam. Fluida berupa campuran gas dan partikel sand memiliki sifat erosif yang akan mengikis bagian dalam material. Perubahan laju kecepatan yang berbanding lurus dengan laju erosi menjadi masalah utama yang perlu dianalisa agar plant yang dibangun sesuai dengan lifetime construction. Pada jalur pipa outlet production separator terdapat reducer 12” ke 6”, penurunan luas penampang ini akan mengakibatkan laju erosi semakin cepat dikarenakan laju aliran yang meningkat diakibatkan oleh luas penampang semakin mengecil. Debit sebesar 0.88 /detik serta fluida sisa bawaan dari production separator berupa gas dan sand (0.04%) menjadi faktor utama terjadinya laju erosi pada line tersebut. Perhitungan laju erosi menggunakan standar DNVGL-RP-0501 2015. Pada analisa ini akan didapatkan perhitungan tentang laju erosi pada pipa, valve dan reducer. Perhitungan laju erosi menggunakan perbandingan antara tebal perhitungan material dengan ketebalan minimum yang disarankan di standard ASME B31.3. Data ketebalan tersebut lalu digunakan untuk menghitung lifetime pada pipa, reducer dan valve. Kata Kunci : Erosi, Laju Kecepatan, Reducer, Valve, Pipa, Lifetime material. Changes in the rate of speed that is directly proportional to the rate of erosion a major problem that needs to be analyzed in order to plant constructed in accordance with the construction lifetime. In the production separator outlet pipe lines are reducer 12 "to 6", reduced cross-sectional area will result in the erosion rate due to the faster flow rate is increased due to the cross-sectional area is getting smaller. A debit of 0.88 m ^ 3 / sec and default residual fluid from the production separator in the form of gas and sand (0,04%) become a major factor in the rate of erosion on the line. The calculation of the rate of erosion using standard DNVGL-RP-0501, 2015. In this analysis we will get the calculation of the rate of erosion in the pipe, valve and reducer. Calculation of the erosion rate calculations using a comparison between the thick material with a minimum thickness suggested in standard ASME B31.3.
