ABSTRAK Fuel Hydrant System merupakan pendisttribusian bahan bakar pesawat dengan mengalirkan bahan bakar dari daerah penyimpanan bahan bakar (DPPU) ke tiap parkir pesawat dengan menggunakan pipa terkubur (buried pipe). Keuntungan dari sistem ini adalah terjaminnya ketersediaan bahan bakar dengan jumlah yang cukup di bandara. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk m endapatkan rancangan sistem perpipaaan yang aman sesuai code yang ada untuk Fuel Hydrant System terminal 4 bandara soekarno hatta serta meng analisa tegangan dari hasil rancangan Fuel Hydrant System terminal 4 bandara soekarno hatta terutama pada daerah critical line. Spesifikasi pipa pada sistem perpipaan terkubur (buried pipe) harus dirancang mampu menahan berbagai ragam beban yaitu live load, dead load dan tekanan operasi pipa. Tegangan pipa yang diijinkan harus tidak melebihi ketentuan dari ASME B31.4 tentang pipeline Tranfortation System for Liquid Hydrocarbons and Other Liquid. Berdasarkan National Fire Protection Association ( HFPA) 407 tentang Aircraft Fuel Servicing, point 4.4.10.3 Fueling hydrant, cabinets, dan pits harus diletakkan setidaknya 15,2 m dari bangunan terminal, hangar, service building, atau enclosed passenger concourse (other than loading bridges). Kemiringan (slope) yang dipakai adalah 1 meter. Hasil dari perancangan buried p ipeline fuel hydrant system terminal 4 bandara soekarno hatta didapatkan nilai tegangan berdasarkan penguburan pipa. Penguburan pipa diambil mulai dari 118,11 inch-157,48 inch. Pada pipa header penguburan dengan 118,11 inch tegangan pada pipa sebesar 29637,36 psi, sedangkan pada penguburan 157,48 inch sebesar 25852,82 psi . Pada pipa branch penguburan dengan 118,11 inch tegangan pada pipa sebesar 24960,68 psi, sedangkan pada penguburan 157,48 inch sebesar 20196,2 psi . Dari hasil tegangan yang mungkin terjadi dapat diperoleh spesifikasi meterial untuk pipa header m eterial pipa yang digunakan Api 5L grade B schedule 40 sebanyak 12048 meter.Untuk pipa branch m eterial pipa yang digunakan Api 5L grade B schedule 60 5287 meter. Elbow 45 pipa header sebanyak 242 buah . Elbow 90 pipa header sebanyak 28 buah . Elbow 45 pipa branch sebanyak 88 buah . Elbow 90 pipa branch sebanyak 176 buah. Weldolet 20 x 8” sebanyak 176 buah. Kata Kunci : Buried pipe, Tegangan, Fuel Hydrant System, Airport, Design ABSTRACT Fuel Hydrant System is distribution system of aircraft fuel by draining the fuel from storage area (DPPU) to each aircraft gate parking by using a buried pipe. The advantage of this system is ensuring the availability of fuels with a sufficient amount at the airport. The purpose of this final project is to get a safety system design of pipe according to code which exist for Fuel Hydrant System terminal 4 airport and analyze the stress of the Fuel Hydrant System design at terminal 4 Soekarno-Hatta especially in the critical line. Specification of the pipe in buried piping systems should be designed to hold wide range of live load, dead load and the operating pressure of the pipeline. The allowable stress of pipe must not exceed the provisions of ASME B31.4 about pipeline Tranportation System for Liquid Hydrocarbons and Other Liquid. According to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 407 about Aircraft Fuel Servicing, point 4.4.10.3 Fueling hydrant, cabinets, and pits should be placed at least 15.2 m from the terminal building, hangars, service building, or enclosed passenger concourse (other than loading bridges ). Used slope is 1 meter between valve chamber . The results of buried pipeline fuel hydrant system designat terminal 4 Soekarno- Hatta airport is the stress value obtained by the burial of the pipeline. Burial of the pipe is taken from 118.11 inch to 157.48 inch. In the header burial pipe with 118.11 inch , the stress on the pipe is 29637,36 psi, while the burial for 157.48 inch is 25852,82 psi. At the burial of branch pipe with a 118.11 inch the stress on the pipe is 24960,68 psi, while the burial of 157.48 inch is 20196,2 psi. From the results of stress t hat may occur can be obtained material specifications for pipe header, meterial pipes used Api 5L grade B scedule 40 as much as 12048 meter. For branch pipe, material pipes used Api 5L grade B schedule 60 as much as 5287 meters. Elbow 45 header pipe is 242 units. Elbow 90 header pipe is 28 units. Elbow 45 branch pipeline is 88 units.
