Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Job Crafting, Intrinsic Motivation, and Perceived Organizational Support on the Innovative Work Behaviour of employees in the Corporate Secretary Department of a fertilizer company in Gresik. The study was motivated by the growing importance of innovative work behaviour in enhancing organizational competitiveness amid increasing demands for innovation and digital transformation. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Corporate Secretary Department. Structural Equation Modeling– Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was used to examine the partial effects among the variables, while simultaneous effects were tested using the F-test in SPSS. The results indicate that Job Crafting, Intrinsic Motivation, and Perceived Organizational Support influence employees’ Innovative Work Behaviour. Simultaneously, the three independent variables also have a significant effect on Innovative Work Behaviour. These findings suggest that innovative work behaviour can be enhanced by encouraging proactive job redesign, strengthening employees’ intrinsic motivation, and providing adequate organizational support. This study is limited to one department within a single company; therefore, the findings cannot be generalized broadly
