Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Petro Jordan Abadi merupakan pabrik kimia di Gresik sebagai produsen asam fosfat terbesar mengalami kegagalan operasi mesin. Phosporic Acid Plant merupakan Plant tertinggi yang mengalami kegagalan yaitu 349 kegagalan dalam satu tahun. Untuk menurunkan kegagalan mesin yang terjadi dapat di lakukan dengan mengevaluasi jenis tindakan perawatan, diharapkan dapat mengurangi kegagalan di PT. Petro Jordan Abadi . Penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini di lakukan dengan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dengan data yang berhubungan dengan kegagalan mesin serta informasi mesin yang di gunakan. Metode RCM terdiri dari tujuh tahapan dimana tahapan akhir RCM akan diberikan rekomendasi yang sesuai dengan mode kegagalan yang terjadi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di peroleh 29 mode kegagalan yang terjadi yang dikelompokkan menjadi 4 kategori task. Didapatkan perubahan task existing yaitu 14 tindakan Time directed Task, 11 Condition Directed Task, 2 Failure Finding Task, dan 2 Run To Failure Task. Kata Kunci : Perawatan, RCM, LTA, Tindakan Perawatan. ABSTRACT PT. Petro Jordan Abadi is chemical industry in Gresik as a highest produce of Phosphoric Acid that had failure machine. Phosphoric Acid Plant is the highest Plant which has failure operation machine until 349 failure in a year. To reduce the downtime, we can evaluate maintenance task, we hope can reduce downtime in PT. Petro Jordan Abadi This study had used Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method using downtime and specification of machine data. RCM method consist of seven steps which the last step had given recommendation of maintenance task which suitable with the failure mode. From the result of analisist, we have 29 Failure Mode and classification being 4 task. And from the result we know that a change task existing there are 14 time directed task, 11 condition directed task, 2 failure finding task, and 2 tun to failure task.
