ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di ruang produksi PT.X yang memiliki suhu ruangan melebihi NAB iklim kerja ISBB. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis iklim kerja yaitu ISBB (Indeks Suhu Bola Basah) dan kelembaban udara relatif, kenyamanan termal pekerja, pengaruh antara iklim kerja (ISBB dan kelembaban udara relatif) dengan kenyamanan termal pekerja produksi, dan rekomendasi kondisi udara di ruang produksi PT. X. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling dengan 36 titik sampel. Pengumpulan data berupa indeks suhu bola basah, kelembaban udara relatif dan suhu kering. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 13 titik yang melebihi NAB. Rata-rata ISBB 31.3 o C dan kelembaban udara relatif 55,4%. Kenyamanan termal di ruang produksi adalah tidak nyaman dengan rata-rata suhu kering 32.3 o C. Terdapat pengaruh antara iklim kerja (ISBB dan kelembaban udara relatif) terhadap kenyamanan termal pekerja di PT. X karena P-value (0.000) < α (0.05). Rekomendasi untuk iklim kerja dan kenyamanan termal agar sesuai dengan standar yaitu dengan penambahan 1 unit AC dengan beban pendinginan sebesar 186.000 btu/hr dan penanaman vertical garden pada dinding ruang produksi yang berbatasan langsung dengan udara luar. Kata Kunci: Iklim kerja, Kenyamanan termal, Regresi linier berganda ABSTRACT This final project was conducted in the production room PT.X which had exceed standart value room temperature WBGT work climate. The purpose of this final project was analyzed the work climate, that were WBGT (Wet Bulb Globe Temperature) and relative humidity, thermal comfort of workers, influences work climate (WBGT and relative humidity) with thermal comfort production workers, and recommendation of the air condition in the production room PT. X. This study used cluster sampling and sample point number was 36 sample points. Primary data consisted of an wet bulb temperature, relative humidity and dry temperature. Analysis this study was multiple linear regression and SPSS 16. Result of this study showed that 13 points which exceed standart value with WBGT average and relative humidity were 31.3 o C and 55.4%. Thermal comfort in the production room was not comfortable with dry temperature average(32.3 o C). Work climate analysis (WBGT and relative humidity) have influenced thermal comfort of workers at PT. X because P-value (0.000) <α (0.05). Recommendations for work climate and thermal comfort should be added of an air conditioner by a cooling load 186.000 btu/hr and a vertical garden planting in the production room which wall directly adjacent to air outside.
