ABSTRAK PT Petrosida Gresik merupakan perusahaaan Agroindustri yang memproduksi produk-produk kimia pertanian (Agrokimia) seperti pestisida, pupuk, Bahan kimia untuk perkebunan serta Bio Pestisida dan Bio Fertilizer. Salah satu unit yang meproduksi produk-produk tersebut yaitu unit Padatan WP 700. Pada Unit Padatan tersebut terdapat tahap pengemasan yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Aktifitas yang sering dilakukan yaitu pengangkatan,, mendorong, menarik, mengangkut dan memindahkan barang dengan frekuensi mengulang yang cukup tinggi dan postur kerja yang kurang nyaman serta adanya keluhan dari pekerja. Sehingga hal ini dapat menyebabkan pekerja mengalami cedera otot (Musculoskeletal Disorders) ataupun cedera tulang (Back Injury). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) dan REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) untuk menilai tingkat risiko ergonomi terkait postur kerja yang tidak aman dan nyaman yang dilakukan pekerja serta perhitungan RWL (Recommended Weight Limit) untuk menilai beban maksimum yang mampu diangkat pekerja pengemasan Unit Padatan WP 700 PT Petrosida Gresik. Postur pekerja manual handling yang dilakukan pekerja menghasilkan skor RULA dengan range 5-7 dimana nilai tersebut masuk ketegori level risiko 3-4 yaitu sedang-tinggi. Dan skor dari REBA dengan range 8-15 dengan kategori level risiko tinggi-sangat tinggi. Beban kerja yang dapat menimbulkan cedera otot dan tulang yaitu kegiatan mengangkat ke meja penalian dengan lifting index sebesar 7,5228. Pada nilai LI 7,5228 maka kegiatan itu termasuk kategori tinggi, nilai LI >3. Sehingga, Kegiatan tersebut perlu adanya perbaikan sesegera mungkin. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi prosedur kerja ergonomic serta penambahan alat bantu berupa meja pallet, meja, kursi, conveyor dan meja roll. Kata Kunci : RULA, REBA, RWL, Ergonomi, Fasilitas Kerja, Manual Handling ABSTRACT PT Petrosida Gresik is an Agroindustry company which produces some chemical products of agriculture (agrochemical) such as pesticide, fertilizer, chemical material of some field, Bio-pesticide and Bio-fertilizer. One unit which produces those products is Padatan unit of WP 700. At the Padatan unit comprises the packaging stage which is still done manually. Activities which are normally done are lifting, boosting, withdrawing, transporting and stuff moving with high frequency on repetition and less comfortable working posture asa well as complaints from workers. Consequently, at this Padatan unit can impact on Musculoskeletal Disorders of worker or Back Injury. This research uses RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) and REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method in order to measure the level of ergonomic risk related to the weird posture done by worker and also RWL (Recommended Weight Limit) measurement to measure the maximum load of packaging worker capacity in Padatan Unit PT Petrosida Gresik. The manual handling of worker posture done by the worker score the RULA with 5-7 range which this score has 3-4 range of medium to high category of risk level. And the REBA score with 8-15 range includes into high to very high category of risk level. The work load which impact into Musculoskeletal Disorders and Back Injury is the lifting activity the box into the ripping table with the lifting index of 7.5228 total in which L1 are categorized as high because the value of LI has to be more than three. The repairing is recommended to fix the ergonomics work procedure and put additional stuff such as pallet table, table, chair, conveyor and roll table.
