Abstract

ABSTRAK PT X merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Stamping Press (Precission Stamping Metal Parts dan Fine Forming Part). Produk yang dihasilkan PT X meliputi two wheel components dan four wheel components dengan proses stamping press, cold forging, fine blank, machining dan sub assy. Proses Fine Blank Press adalah proses yang paling banyak diminati oleh customer otomotif. Sedangkan untuk Indonesia sendiri masih sedikit perusahaan stamping press yang memiliki fasilitas fine blank press. Hal ini menyebabkan harga dari proses ini cukup tinggi. Model mesin Hydraulic Stamping Press yang dimiliki oleh PT X ialah HONGDE Y-26 Fine Blanking Hydraulic Press. Terdapat sepuluh unit mesin Hydraulic Stamping Press di perusahaan tersebut. Overall Equipment Effectiveness atau disingkat dengan OEE adalah suatu cara untuk mengukur kinerja mesin produksi dalam penerapan program TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Terkait dengan nilai OEE, dalam pengoperasian peralatan pihak manajemen PT X belum pernah menggunakan metode OEE untuk menghitung tingkat effektivitas peralatan yang mereka miliki, sehingga penulis tidak memiliki referensi sebagai pembanding. Kondisi-kondisi terkait dengan permasalahan performa mesin Hydraulic Stamping Press lebih dilihat dari sisi indikasi yang menunjukan keberadaan masalah pada aspek performa mesin. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka perlu adanya suatu perbaikan secara berkesinambungan (continuous improvement) berkaitan dengan faktor-faktor penilaian OEE yaitu availability, performance dan quality pada mesin tersebut. Kata Kunci : Fine Blank Press, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Total Productive Maintenace (TPM) PT X is a company engaged in Stamping Press (precission Stamping Metal Parts and Fine Forming Part). Products produced by PT X includes two wheel and four wheel components components with the press stamping, cold forging, fine blanks, machining and sub assy. Blank Press Fine process is a process that is most in demand by automotive customers. As for Indonesia itself is still a few companies stamping press which has a fine-blank press facilities. This causes the price of this process is quite high. Model Hydraulic Stamping Press machines owned by PT X is Hongde Y-26 Fine Blanking Hydraulic Press. There are ten units Hydraulic Stamping Press machines in the company. Overall Equipment Effectiveness or OEE is abbreviated with a way to measure the performance of production machines in implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Related to the value of OEE, in the operation of the equipment the management of PT X has not been using OEE to calculate the level of effectiveness of equipment they have, so I do not have a reference for comparison. The conditions associated with engine performance problems Hydraulic Stamping Press more in terms of the indications that show the existence of problems in the aspect of engine performance. Under these conditions, the need for a continuous improvement (continuous improvement) related to factors OEE assessment, namely availability, performance and quality on the machine.
