Abstract

Memerlukan longitudinal dovetail twistlock 45 o berjumlah 152 buah. Lashing pad eyes jenis D-Ring 50T sebanyak 10 buah dan double D-Ring 50T sebanyak 22 buah. Lashing bar jenis Eye-swivelhead lashing bar 4650 mm sebanyak 8 buah dan eye-swivelhead lashing bar 2400 mm sebanyak 46 buah. Turnbuckle jenis eye turnbuckle, open body, double acting sebanyak 54 buah. Memerlukan twistlock bertipe standard intermediate twistlock sebanyak 248 buah dan bridge fitting jenis tension bridge fitting sejumlah 60 buah. Kata Kunci : Container, Pengikatan container, Peralatan sistem pengikatan ABSTRACT Container is a form of revolution in marine transportation and trade sectors. Through containerization, a ship can loading and unloading activities in a few hours. To keep cargo in container when container ships sailing, we need container lashing system is good and right. And we know that the ship at the sailing time can be moved to six different directions so as to allow the container to be moved every aspect direction during cruise and eventually can make the container is damaged due to the collision of the container or collide with the vessel wall, which can damage the container and the construction of the vessel. In planning container lashing systems, we require data general arrangement Container 100 TEUS Ship, catalogs of international lashing system and regulation from Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia order in the plan meet the applicable provisions. Discussion of the results obtained from the equipment required for Container 100 TEUS Ship that is dovetail with type single dovetail decksocket 45 o totaling 32 pieces and double transversal dovetail decksocket 45 o totaling 60 pieces. Requires longitudinal dovetail twistlock 45 o amounted to 152 pieces. Lashing pad eyes kind of D-Ring 50T as many as 10 pieces and double D-Ring 50T as many as 22 pieces. Lashing bar type Eye-swivelhead lashing bar 4650 mm 8 pieces and eye-swivelhead lashing bar 2400 mm by 46 pieces. Turnbuckle type eyes turbuckles, open body, double acting as many as 54 pieces. Twistlock requires type standard intermediate twistlock as many as 248 pieces and bridge fitting type tension bridge fitting a number of 60 pieces. Keywords: Container, lashing container, equipment of lashing system
