ABSTRAK PT ElnusaTbkmerupakansebuahperusahaan yang bergerak di bidangpelayanansumurminyaksertapengeboran yang berada di Indonesia.Beberapakliendariperusahaanini, antara lain yaituPertamina, Chevron, dan Total.PT ElnusaTbkmerupakansatu-satunyaperusahaannasional yang memilikikompetensidalampelayananminyakdan gas, seismic, pengeborandanladangminyak.Bentukpelayanan yang diberikanoleh PT Elnusayaituwelltesting barge, snubbing, slickline, coil tubing danworkover. Di dalamwelltesting bargeterdapatbeberapamacamperalatan yang menghasilkantekanantinggi, dimanasalahsatunyaadalahpompareciprocating. Padasalahsatuwelltesting barge yaitu Elsa 4 terdapatduapompa reciprocating P-30A dan P-30B sertaterdapatjugaastmospheric test tank TK-02.Pompa P-30A inidigunakanuntukmenghisapfluida air danminyakdariastmospheric test tank TK-02 danmengalirkannyamenujuproduction line.Pompa yang dihubungkandenganjalurperpipaandapatmengakibatkantimbulnyagetaranpadapipatersebut .Getaranpadasistemperpipaandapatterjadikarenaadanyaberbagaisumber yang menghasilkangetaran, sepertiinduksialiranturbulensi, aliranduafasa, pulsasi, fluidatransiendanrotasimesin. Perhitungantegangandinamikmenunjukkanbahwapipamampumenahantegangandi namik yang dialami , karenategangandinamik yang dialamiolehpipatidakmelebihibatasantegangandinamik yang diijinkanyaitu 16000 Psi. Hasilanalisasimpangan yang terjadipadapipamenunjukkanbahwakondisipipamasihdalamkategoriaman, karenasimpangan yang terjadipadapipajugatidakmelebihibatasansimpangan yangterbesaryaitusebesar 1,409 mm. Karenanilaitegangandinamik yang dialamidansimpangan yang terjadipadajalurperpipaan, semuanyamasihberadadibawahnilaiallowable, sehinggatidakdiperlukanpenambahansupportataupunpergeseranletaksupport. ABSTRACT PTElnusaTbkis a companyengaged in theservicinganddrillingof oilwellslocated in Indonesia. Some clientsofthese companies, among others, namelyPertamina, Chevron, andTotal.PTElnusaTbkis the onlynational companythathascompetencein the ministryof oilandgas, seismic, drillingandoilfield. Formof services providedbyPTElnusaiswelltestingbarge, snubbing, slickline, coiltubingandworkover. In well testing barge there are several types of equipment that generate high pressure, where one of them is a reciprocating pump. At one welltesting Elsa 4 barge that contained two reciprocating pump P-30A and C-30B and there are also astmospheric test tank TK-02. P-30A pump is used to suck fluid from water and oil test astmospheric TK-02 tank and running it into the production line. The pumps are connected by piping lines could result in vibrations in the pipeline. Vibration in piping systems due to the existence of various sources that produce vibrations, such as induction flow turbulence, two phase flow, pulse, transient fluid and engine rotation. Dynamic stress calculations show that the pipe is able to withstand the dynamic stress is experienced, because the dynamic tension experienced by the pipe does not exceed the allowable limits the dynamic voltage is 16000 Psi. Results of analysis of deviation that occurs in the pipeline indicate that the condition of the pipe is still in the safe category, because the deviation that occurs in the pipe does not exceed the limits of the largest deviation is equal to 1.409 mm. Because the value of dynamic stress and displacement devitions that occur in piping lines, all of them are still under the allowable value, so it doesn’t need additional support or a shift in the location of support.
