Abstract

ABSTRAK Pompa merupakan salah satu komponen sangat vital yang memiliki peranan penting pada setiap industri. Salah satu pompa yang digunakan pada PT. ALP Petro Industry adalah pompa sentrifugal jenis vertikal Sundyne Pump model LMV-322. Agar dalam suatu plan tidak mengalami kegagalan, dibutuhkan suatu analisa keandalan. Dengan mengukur parameter keandalan, maka dapat mengantisipasi kegagalan dan dapat memprediksi suatu penghambat yang nantinya dapat memperbaiki kinerja perawatan preventif dan juga dengan cara menganalisa keandalan pompa, yaitu dengan menggunakan software reliasoft weibull ++ version 6. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, dilakukan analisa keandalan dengan menggunakan software reliasoft weibull++ versi 6, sehingga dapat diketahui nilai keandalan masing-masing pompa. Distribusi yang digunakan ialah distribusi lognormal, merupakan hasil dari software reliasoft weibull yang tertera pada peringkat pertama adalah distribusi lognormal. Oleh sebab itu, sebagai acuan akan dihitung juga untuk distribusi normal pada masing-masing pompa. Analisa perhitungan pergantian suatu komponen material dan waktu pergantian diketahui hasil evaluasi nilai mean time to repair (MTTR), mean time to failure (MTTF), mean time between failure (MTBF) keandalan pompa selama mengalami Tugas Akhir 2015/ 7 kerusakan lima tahun. Untuk nilai mean time to repair (MTTR) pompa A sebesar 6.333 jam, dan untuk pompa B sebesar 8.1667 jam. Mean time to failure (MTTF) pompa A sebesar 2.4833 jam, dan untuk pompa B sebesar 5529.8502 jam. Mean time between failure (MTBF) untuk pompa A sebesar 24834 jam, dan untuk pompa B sebesar 5535 jam dan nilai perawatan preventif sebesar 1320 jam. Kata Kunci :Distribusi lognormal, distribusi normal, perawatanpreventif, software reliasoftweibull ++ versi 6, mttr, mttf, mtbf, reliability, availability,kegagalan, maintainability. ABSTRACT The pump is one of the vital components that have an important role in every industry. One pump is used in PT. ALP Petro Industry is a vertical type centrifugal pump Sundyne pump LMV-322 models. So that a plan is not a failure, it takes a reliability analysis. By measuring the reliability of the parameters, it can anticipate failure and can predict an inhibitor which later can improve the performance of preventive maintenance and also by analyzing the reliability of the pump, by using the software reliasoft weibull ++ version 6. According to the problems above, reliability analyze is performed with using reliasoft weibull ++ version 6 software so the reliability point of each pump could be determined. The distribution that used is lognormal distribution, a result of reliasoft weibull software that displayed on the first rank are lognormal distribution. Because of that, as a reference a calculation for normal distribution also will be performed on each pump. The result that we get from this analyze is to determine mean time to repair (MTTR), mean time to failure (MTTF), mean time between failure (MTBF) reliability of the pump for damage five years. For the mean time to repair (MTTR) A pump for 6333 hours, and to pump B 8.1667 hour. Mean time to failure (MTTF) A pump 2.4833 hours, and to pump B amounting to 5529.8502 hour. Mean time between failure (MTBF) for the A pump 24834 hours, and to pump B 5535 hours and the value of preventive maintenance 1320 hours.
