ABSTRAK Perusahaan jasa logistik yang menangani sistem bongkar muat untuk peti kemas membutuhkan crane sebagai alat bantu bongkar muat. PT.X adalah perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa bongkar muat di daerah tanjung perak. Objek dalam penelitian adalah 6 crane jenis liebherr harbour mobile (LHM) yang terdapat pada PT. X yaitu LHM 05, LHM 06, LHM 07, LHM 08, LHM 09 dan LHM 10. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur nilai dari OEE masing-masing crane dan mengidentifikasi penyebab menurunnya efektifitas dengan Six Big Losses . Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) untuk menentukan nilai efektifitas dari crane yang dijadikan objek penelitian. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Six Big Losses untuk menentukan faktor yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar terhadap penyebab munurunnya efektifitas crane. Dari hasil perhitungan OEE didapatkan untuk crane LHM 05 sebesar 65.54%, LHM 06 sebesar 68.67%, LHM 07 sebesar 67.53%, LHM 08 sebesar 67.8%, LHM 09 sebesar 67.32% dan LHM 10 sebesar 68.13%. faktor dari six big losses terbesar yang menyebabkan menurunnya efektifitas adalah reduce speed losses sebesar 67.18% dan terbesar kedua terdapat pada idling minor stoppage losses sebesar adalah 19.47%. PT.X is one of the companies that provide loading and unloading service at tanjung perak. six crane Liebherr Harbour Mobile (LHM) type that exist in PT.X are placed as the object in this research. This research use Overall Equipment effectiveness (OEE) to determine the value of effectiveness crane as research objects and six big losses method. The OEE calculation results crane 65.54% for LHM 05, 68.67%, for LHM 06, 67.53% for LHM 07, 67.8% for LHM 08, 67.32% for LHM 09 and 68.13% for LHM 10.
