ABSTRAK Miniatur yang dijadikan sebagai salah satu media souvenir lebih mudah dipilih dan dinikmati oleh para konsumen karena modelnya yang mudah diingat ketika mengunjungi suatu daerah, kota, atau negara. Souvenir khas surabaya ini menggunakan material yang masih jarang digunakan sebagai bahan pembuatannya yaitu geopolimer fly ash. Sekarang proses manufacturing dengan menggunakan system moulding sudah sering digunakan. Hal ini berdampak pada perkembangan souvenir khususnya pada model miniatur. Dalam perkembangannya, material dan bentuk miniatur semakin beragam seiring dengan perkembangan kreatifitas manusia yang terus berubah. Untuk merealisasikan kreatifitas maka diperlukan suatu desain dalam bentuk 3D. untuk membuatnya digunakan suatu software, dalam hal ini memakai software AutoCAD. Serta diperlukan pula software untuk mengubah dari gambar 3D menjadi kode NC agar bisa diterjemahkan dan kemudian dilaksanakan oleh mesin CNC, dalam hal ini memakai software Delcam PowerMill. Dari proses pengerjaan mesin CNC akan menghasilkan beberapa bagian yang telah di machining untuk kemudian di rakit dengan berbagai macam properties yang di butuhkan untuk menjadi mould yang utuh. Dan langkah terakhir mould akan di uji coba untuk mengetahui produk hasil dari muold tersebut. Tugas akhir dengan judul perancangan dan pembuatan mould sovenir khas surabaya untuk proses pengecoran berbahan geopolimer fly ash ini menghasilkan sebuah mould dengan model two plate mould berukuran 352 x 150 x 62.5 yang mampu menghasilkan 1 produk dalam sekali tuang dengan waktu pemadatan 24 jam. Kata Kunci : Geopolymer Fly Ash, Manufacturing, Machining, Mould, Souvenir. ABSTRACT Miniature is used as one of the media is more easily selected souvenirs and enjoyed by consumers because the model is easy to remember when visiting a region, city, or state. Typical souvenirs Surabaya using material that was rarely used as a manufacturing material is fly ash geopolymer. Now the manufacturing process using a molding system has been frequently used. This resulted in the development of souvenirs, especially the miniature models. In the process, material and shape of miniature increasingly diversified with the development of human creativity that is constantly changing. To realize the creativity we need a design in 3D. to make use of a software, in this case put on AutoCAD software. As well as software is also necessary to change from the 3D image into NC code to be translated and then executed by the CNC machine, in this case wearing Powermill Delcam software. CNC machining process will result in some parts of which have been in machining for later in the raft with a variety of properties that need to be intact mold. And the last step will mold tested to determine the outcome of muold the product. The final task with title mold design and manufacture of typical souvenirs Surabaya for casting process fly ash-based geopolymer mold produces a model with two plate mold measuring 352 x 150 x 62.5 which is capable of producing one product in a cast with solidification time 24 hours.
