ABSTRAK Suatu konstruksi pengeboran minyak (oil rig) merupakan bagian yang penting dari pengeboran minyak, seperti di MOBIL CEPU Ltd pada EPC -1 Banyu Urip Project Bojonegoro. Pada EPC-1 Banyu Urip Project terdapat banyak konstruksi yang dibangun sebagai sarana dan prasarana untuk mendukung aktivitas pengeboran minyak, seperti sub pipe rack. Sub pipe rack adalah salah satu konstruksi cadangan yang dibangun untuk menyangga pipa dan kabel dari satu peralatan untuk peralatan lain dalam unit proses. Pipa tersebut nantinya akan berfungsi untuk mendistribusikan crude oil dari well pad ke Central Processing Facilities (CPF).Rencana pengangkatan pipa (rigging pipe plan) adalah rencana pengangkatan pipa diketinggian dengan menggunakan tali, baik tali dari serat sintetik ataupun tali serat baja atau sling. Dengan adanya rencana pengangkatan pipa sebelum pengangkatan pipa dilaksanakan oleh para pekerja di area project, maka pelaksanaan pengangkatan pipa dapat dilaksanakan dengan aman tanpa adanya kecelakaan (accident). Dengan dibantu crane pada proses rigging pipe plan, para pekerja di area project dapat lebih mudah melakukan pengangkatan pipa ke sub pipe rack. Setelah pipa diangkat ke sub pipe rack kemudian pipa tersebut diletakkan pada roller dan akan ditarik (stringing) dengan menggunakan winch menuju ke tempat pipanya masing-masing. Kata Kunci : Sub Pipe Rack, Rigging Pipe Plan, Stringing ABSTRACT An oil rig construction (oil rig) is an important part of the oil drilling, as in Mobil Cepu Ltd in EPC-1 Banyu Urip Project Bojonegoro. In the EPC-1 Banyu Urip Project there are many constructions built as facilities and infrastructure to support oil drilling activities, such as a sub pipe rack. Sub pipe rack is one of the construction that is built to support the pipes and cables from the equipment to other equipment in the process unit. The pipe will serve to distribute crude oil from the well pad to the Central Processing Facilities (CPF). Plans removal of pipe (rigging pipe plan) is a plan at high pipe removal using ropes, both of synthetic fiber rope or steel or fiber rope slings. With the planned removal of the pipe before the pipe removal carried out by workers in the project area, the implementation of the removal of the pipe can be carried out safely without any accidents (accident). With the help of a crane on the pipe rigging plan, the workers in the project area can be easier for recruitment to the sub pipe rack. Once appointed to the sub pipe rack pipe then the pipe will be placed on the roller and drawn (stringing) using a winch to get to where the pipe respectively.
