Abstract

ABSTRAK PT.X merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur yaitu memproduksi kapal maupun jasa pemeliharaan dan perbaikan kapal. Perusahan ini sangat menjunjung tinggi nilai kemanusiaan dan berkomitmen untuk menerapkan safe behaviour dalam mencegah dan mengurangi kecelakaan kerja, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis efektifiitas program behaviour based safety dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pada pekerjaan welding. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan objek penelitian pekerja welding sebanyak 52 orang. Program Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) ini menggunakan metode DOIT (Define, Observe, Intervene, Test) selama 3 bulan dengan masa intervens i selama 5 minggu dan observasi dilakukan selama 2 kali yaitu sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Objek penelitian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu experimental group dan control group. Jenis intervensi yaitu konsekuensi yang berupa hazard observation card dan aktivator yang berupa poster K3. Pengambilan data observasi ini menggunakan CBC (Critical Behaviour Checklist). Hasil uji normalitas menggunakan uji kolmogorov smirnov menunjukkan bahwa data terdistribusi normal, yaitu Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,220 (experimental group) dan Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,324 (control group). Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan persentase perilaku aman antara sebelum dan setelah intervensi karena hasil uji t-berpasangan menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebelum intervensi adalah 70,57 dan setelah intervensi 83,95 dan juga nilai p-value 0.000 atau < 0,05 yang berarti tolak H0 dan terima H1, selain itu terdapat perbedaan persentase perilaku aman antara kelompok experimental dan control group karena hasil uji t-independen menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kelompok experimental group adalah adalah 83,9 dan nilai rata-rata kelompok control group adalah 71,40 , selain itu p-value menunjukkan nilai 0,000 atau < 0,05. Hal ini berarti adalah tolak H0 dan terima H1. Hasil uji regresi logistik biner sebelum intervensi menunjukkan bahwa variabel umur, pendidikan, lama kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap safe behaviour karena nilai sig ketiga variabel > 0,05, sedangkan hasil uji regresi logistik biner setelah intervensi menunjukkan bahwa variabel umur saja yag berpengaruh terhadap safe behaviour pekerja karena nilai sig > 0,05. The company upholds humanitarian values and are committed to implementing safe behavior in preventing and reducing workplace accidents, therefore it is necessary to analyze the effectiveness of behavior-based safety program and the factors that affect the welding work. This type of research is experimental research with the object of research workers welding as many as 52 people. Program Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) using methods DOIT (Define, Observe, Intervene, Test) for 3 months with intervention period for 5 weeks and observations made during the two times that before and after the intervention. The object of research were divided into 2 groups: the experimental group and the control group. Type of intervention that the consequences in the form of hazard observation cards and activators in the form of posters K3. This observation data retrieval using the CBC (Critical Behavior Checklist). Results of this research is that there is a difference between the percentage of safe behaviors before and after the intervention due Paired t-test results showed the average value before intervention was 70.57 and 83.95 after the intervention and also p-value 0.000 or <0.05 were means reject H0 and accept H1, other than that there are differences in the percentage of safe behavior between experimental group and control group for independent t-test results showed the average value of the experimental group was 83.9 and the group is the average value of the group control group was 71, 40, in addition to the p-value indicates the value of 0,000 or <0.05. This means is reject H0 and accept H1. Binary logistic regression test results before the intervention showed that age, education, length of work does not affect the safe behavior because the value of the three variables sig> 0.05, while the results of binary logistic regression test after the intervention showed that the age variable that influence the behavior of workers safe because sig> 0.05.
