Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengoperasian bengkel bubut di PT.X dapat berpotensi menimbulkan terjadinya risiko kecelakaan akibat kontak antara pekerja dengan mesin yang beroperasi seperti mesin bubut, mesin frais, mesin bor besar, mesin gerinda. Kecelakaan tersebut disebabkan karena perusahaan belum mengetahui bahaya dan risiko bekerja di area bengkel bubut, serta kurang baiknya penerapan prosedur sebelum memasuki area kerja. Tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi besaran risiko, pembuatan risk mapping, dan pembuatan pengaturan area kerja Dari insiden kecelakaan tersebut diperlukan suatu analisa penentuan bahaya dan risiko pada bengkel bubut dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification and Risk Assesment control)dan melakukan penilaian risiko dengan memberikan penilaian dari hasil perkalian Severity dan Likelihood yang mengacu pada Departement of Occupational Safety and Health Ministry of Human Resources Guidlines Malaysia. Penilaian risiko yang didapat digambarkan pada area bengkel bubut dengan bantuan Software Surfer. Hasil pembuatan Hirarc akan diperoleh aktivitas yang memiliki risiko tinggi antara lain poles gosok bahan kuningan dengan , gerinda propeller, dan pengelasan. Pengendaliannya adalah dengan membuat demarkasi menjauhi dari daerah risiko tinggi yang ditandai warna merah pada Risk Mapping Kata kunci: Demarkasi, Hirarc, Kecelakaan kerja, Software Surfer ABSTRACT The Operation of lathe workshop in PT.X can potentially lead to a risk of accidents due to contact between workers with machines that operate like lathes machine , milling machines, drilling machines big, grinding machines. The accidents caused by companies not yet know how the potentially dangerous and risks of working in the garage area lathe, as well as the lack of good implementation of procedures before entering the work area. The purpose to identify the risk , making risk mapping , and making the work area From the accident required a determination of hazard and risk analysis on lathe workshop conducted by using HIRARC (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment control) and conduct a risk assessment to provide an assessment of the results of multiplication Severity and Likelihood that refers to the Department of Occupational Safety and Health Ministry Guidlines of Human Resources Malaysia. Risk assessment obtained pictured on lathe workshop area with the help of Software Surfer. From the results to be obtained Hirarc manufacture of high-risk activities include polished brass rubbing, grinding propeller, and welding.
