ABSTRAK PT. Pertamina EP adalah anak perusahaan PT. Pertamina (Persero) yang bergerak untuk mengelola usaha eksplorasi, eksploitasi, dan produksi minyak dan gas, sebagai konsekuensi pemisahan usaha hulu dengan hilir.didirikan pada tanggal 13 September 2005. Dengan Visi menjadi Produsen Minyak dan Gas Bumi berkelas dunia, PT. Pertamina EP tiada henti berbenah dan melakukan inovasi dengan tetap berpegang pada kaidah tata pengelolaan perusahaan yang baik. Untuk menjaga media angkut mobil tangki BBM dan menunjang K3 pada PT. Pertamina EP melakukan inspeksi rutin yang dilakukan secara manual namun tidak efisien oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem informasi untuk mempermudah karyawan melakukan inspeksi rutin. Penelitian ini menggunakan Eclipse sebagai alat untuk membuat aplikasi dengan sistem operasi andrtoid. Android merupakan sebuah sistem operasi yang biasa digunakan pada handphone yang bersifat lengkap,terbuka dan bebas (free) dan hampir dipakai oleh semua kalangan. Serta pembuatan web menggunakan program PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan juga menggunakan database server MySQL.Sistem inspeksi ini akan dibagi dalam dua tahap untuk pengisian checklist inspeksi yang dapat diakses pada aplikasi android dan tahap pengolahan hasil inspeksi serta melihat hasil kondisi kelayakan mobil tangki BBM dengan mengakses sistem informasi(web) yang ditujukan pada sefaty respresentative PT. Pertamina EP. Dari pengujian Sistem inspeksi berbasis android dan web tersebut telah mampu mengelola inspeksi rutin secara manual menjadi ke sistem inspeksi berbasis android dan web. Sistem inspeksi ini memudahkan user dalam pengisian checklist inspeksi rutin melalui aplikasi android dan menyediakan kemudahan pilihan menu pada sistem informasi(web) untuk user antara lain menu mengolah hasil inspeksi, Riwayat inspeksi, melihat grafik kelayakan mobil tiap bulannya. Sistem inspeksi ini juga mempermudah safety respresentative untuk penyimpanan dokumen inspeksi yang lebih efektif. As well as making web using PHP as the programming language program and also use the database server MySQL.Sistem inspection will be divided into two phases for charging inspection checklist which can be accessed on the android application and processing stages of inspection results and see the results of the feasibility condition of the car fuel tank with access to the system information (web) aimed at sefaty respresentative PT. Pertamina EP. Of testing Android and web -based inspection system and have been able to manage it manually into a routine inspection to the inspection system based on Android and the web. The inspection system allows users to charging a routine inspection checklist through android applications and provide ease of menu options on information systems (web) for the user, among others, the menu process inspection results, inspection history, see chart feasibility of cars each month. The inspection system also simplifies safety respresentative for document storage inspections more effective.
