ABSTRAK Kebutuhan teknologi otomatisasi dalam dunia industri mengalami peningkatan yang relatif pesat. PT. AAA merupakan perusahaan yang memanfaatkan teknologi otomatisasi pada salah satu bidang produksinya yaitu proses Biscuit Placement. Proses Biscuit Placement yang terdapat di PT. AAA memanfaatkan Robot Spider untuk memindahkan Biscuit dari conveyor Placement menuju conveyor pengemasan dengan memanfaatkan tekanan udara. Sistem yang diterapkan tersebut dapat membuat kerusakan pada biscuit akibat adanya miss place karena tekanan udara yang tidak stabil. Sistem Optimasi dan Monitoring Mesin Biscuit Placement Berbasis SCADA di buat untuk menghindari miss place pada pemindahan biscuit. Proses Biscuit Placement menggunakan 2 conveyor dan 1 pendorong untuk proses pemindahan biscuit. Perancangan prototipe mesin Biscuit Placement menggunakan sensor load cell untuk mengetahui muatan massa biscuit dan Sensor Infrared yang terpasang pada conveyor untuk menghitung jumlah biscuit yang akan dimasukan ke dalam placement. SCADA digunakan untuk memudahkan operator mengoperasikan prototipe Mesin Biscuit Placement. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada prototipe Biscuit Placement dapat diketahui, rata-rata keberhasilan Biscuit Placement dan peletakkan interval biscuit yang paling optimum pada Mesin Biscuit Placement Berbasis SCADA menggunakan metode Fuzzy logic adalah 96% dengan peletakkan interval biscuit yang paling optimal adalah 2 detik. Dengan adanya penelitian tugas akhir ini dapat mengoptimalkan Sistem Biscuit Placement menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. . Kata kunci : Biscuit Placement, Fuzzy, SCADA. ABSTRACT The need of automation technology in industrial world has increased relatively fast. PT AAA is a company that utilize automation technology in one of its production field that is Biscuit Placement. Biscuit Placement process that exist in PT AAA utilize robot spider to move biscuit from placement conveyor to packaging conveyor using air pressure. The applied system can damage the biscuit because of the unstable air current that effect on biscuit miss placement. In tis final project aims to make Optimization System and monitoring of SCADA Based biscuit placement. The Biscuit Placement process uses 2 conveyor and 1 placement actuator to Biscuit Placement process. The prototype design of Biscuit Placement machine uses load cell sensor to know the mass charge of biscuit and infrared sensor that installed on conveyor to calculate the amount of biscuit that will be included to the placement. The result of the research done on the prototype Biscuit Placement can be known, the average success of biscuit placement and laying the most optimum biscuit interval at SCADA Based Scale Biscuit Placement using Fuzy logic method is 96% by laying the most optimal biscuit interval is 2 seconds. It is expected that with this final project research can optimize the Biscuit Placement System to be more effective and efficient. Key : Biscuit placement,fuzzy, SCADA.
