Abstract

Dalam dunia perkapalan, khususnya kapal tongkang tidak akan lepas dari kebutuhan material yang digunakan dalam pembangunannya. Dalam pembangunan kapal estimasi material sangat penting karena dapat mengetahui berapa material yang dibutuhkan dengan tepat. Jika tidak diperhitungkan kebutuhan materialnya, maka akan berdampak pada naiknya biaya produksi atau berdampak pada proses produksi yang memakan waktu yang lama dan cenderung terjadi keterlambatan proses pembangunan kapal yang sudah direncanakan dari awal. Oleh karena itu perlu diperhitungkan kebutuhan material yang akan di pakai dalam pembuatan kapal. Dalam perhitungan kebutuhan material pelat maupun profil, dilakukan perhitungan yang mengacu pada gambar yang sudah ada. Dalam tugas akhir ini sebelum menghitung kebutuhan material, terlebih dahulu menggambar ulang gambar lines plan, rencana umum, konstruksi dan bukaan kulit. Setelah menggambar ulang selesai maka di katahui panjang tiap masing – masing profil dan dapat diperoleh banyak nya pelat kulit dari gambar bukaan kulit. Pada tugas akhir ini membahas tentang perhitungan kebutuhan material kapal 2500 MT CPO BARGE. Dari perhitungan yang dilakukan meliputi kebutuhan pelat kulit sebanyak 171 lembar dengan total berat 596852,036 kg, kebutuhan profil sebanyak 872 lonjor dengan berat total 323967,9 kg Kata kunci : estimasi, konstruksi, material, profil. In the shipping word, especially barges will not be separated from the material needs used in ship building. In ship building material estimation is veryimportant,because able to know exactly how much material is needed. If not taken into account it will have an impact ob rising production cost s impact on production processes that take a long time and it tends to happen the delay of ship building process that has been planned from the beginning. Therefore it is necessary to teke into account the material needs to be used in ship building. In calculating the requirement of plate material and profil material, the calculation that refers to the existing image. In this final project before calculating material requirements, first redraw lines plan, general arragement, construction and shell expansion. After the drawing complete then we know the lenght of each profil and can be obtained by the number of leather plate from shell expansion. In this final project discuss the calculation of ship material requirement. From the calculation need of 171 sheets of shell plate with weight 596852,036 kg, need profil as much as 873 lobes with weight 323967,9 kg. Keywords : estimation, canstruction, material, profil
