ABSTRAK PT.PAL INDONESIA merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang galangan kapal yang memiliki beberapa divisi. Salah satunya yaitu Divisi Kapal Niaga yang memiliki 3 bengkel yaitu Assembly, Sub Assembly MPL, dan Sub Assembly CBL. Dimana perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang galangan kapal ini memiliki potensi bahaya tinggi yang dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kenyamanan termal dan faktor individu terhadap perilaku keselamatan pada bengkel Assembly dan memberikan rekomendasi di bengkel Assembly. Suhu kenyamanan termal yang timbul berada diatas batas maksimum yang sudah ditentukan. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian asosiatif kausal. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa suhu kering dan kelembapan relatif. Sedangkan pengumpulan data faktor individu dan perilaku keselamatan menggunakan lembar observasi dan kuisioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi logistik binner dengan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan terhadap perilaku keselamatan karena p-Value (0.044) < α (0.05), namun tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kenyamanan termal dan faktor individu terhadap perilaku keselamatan karena nilai p-Value lebih besar dari nilai α (0.05). Rekomendasi untuk kondisi kenyamanan termal yaitu dengan penambahan turbin ventilator tipe L-60 sebanyak 4 dan penerapan program BBS (Behavior Based Safety). Kata Kunci : Faktor Individu, Kenyamanan Termal, Program BBS (Behavior Based Safety), Turbin Ventilator ABSTRACT PT.PAL INDONESIA is a company that concern on ship yard. This company divided into several divisions, one of them was Trade Ship Division that has 3 workrooms those are Assembly, Sub Assembly MPL, and Sub Assembly CBL. This company that focused on ship yard manufacturing that has a significant potential of danger that could cause workplace accident. The purpose of this research is to know whether the effect of thermal comfort and individual factor could affect towards safety behavior at the Assembly workrooms section and give recommendation in Assembly workroom sections. The comfort thermal temperature that raise is beyond the maximum temperature that has been set. This research is grouped into Causal Associative research that use cross sectional approach. The data collection is in form of the dry temperature and relative moistness. While the individual and safety behavior will be observed using observation sheet and questionnaires. The data Analysis in this research is logistic binary regression test with SPSS22. The result of the research show that there are relations between knowledge towards safety behavior, thermal comfort and individual factor, because the p-Value of safety behavior is (0.044) <α (0.05), but, there is no significant effects between thermal comfort and individual factor towards safety behavior because p-Value are bigger than α (0.05). the recommendation for thermal comfort condition is adding 4 (four) type L-60 ventilator turbines and applying BBS program (Behavior Based Safety).
