ABSTRAK PT. X adalah perusahaan berbasis kelapa sawit dengan salah satu aktivitasnya yaitu packaging. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh pekerja antara lain: kelelahan, status gizi, sikap kerja, Kebisingan, Iklim kerja ,dan beban kerja. Kebisingan mencapai > 85 dB dan Iklim kerja melebihi NAB. Tujuan penelitianan ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kelelahan pada pekerjaan packaging di PT. X. serta rekomendasi yang sesuai pada pekerjaan packaging PT. X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu regresi logistik ordinal. Hasil dari uji serentak menunjukan hasil nilai p-value (0,002) > α-(0,05), sehingga menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kelelahan. Variabel yang di uji untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh yaitu status gizi, sikap kerja, beban kerja, kebisingan dan iklim kerja. Variabel yang menunjukan adanya pengaruh secara signifikan yaitu sikap kerja, kebisingan dan iklim kerja. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada variabel yang berpengaruh pada kelelahan yaitu sikap kerja harus dilakukan modifikasi pallet handling equipment dan tinggi conveyor yang ekonomis. Kebisingan harus dilakukan pemberian ear plug/ear muff untuk mengurangi paparan kebisingan dan safety breafing sebelum bekerja. Iklim kerja yaitu pemberian sekat antara ruang stapping dengan gudang, pemberian ventilasi alami dan menyediakan air minum pada setiap ruangan. Kata kunci : Iklim kerja, kebisingan, persetase Cardio Vascular Load, sikap kerja, status gizi. ABSTRACT Pt x is a palm based company with packaging as one of their activities. There are issues faced by the workers, such as exhaustion, nutritional status, work attitude, noise, work climate and workload. Noise has reached more than 85 dB and the work climate more than 35,5 0 C. The purpose of this study is to overview an impact of individual characteristic and workplace toward exhaustions on packaging department in PT. X and a proper recommendation on packaging activities. Method used in this study is ordinal logistic regression. The result of concurrent test the mark p-value(0,002) > α-(0,05), shown that there is an impact between an individual characteristic and workplace toward exhaustion. Variables that is tested to give an overview of the impact are nutritional status, work attitude, workload, noise and work climate. Variables shown that there is a significant impact such as work attitude, noise and work climate. The recommendation that is given to the impact variable on fatigue is a modification toward pallet handling equipment for work attitude and conveyor height should be ergonomic. Ear plug/ear muff has to be given to decrease noise exposure and there must be a safety briefing before work begins.
