Perancangan sistem evakuasi menghasilkan luas muster station 169,22 m 2 . Sehingga prosentase perbandingan rata-rata sebesar 1,09%. Its capacity covers approximately 398 passengers and 39 crews. However, it has not been equipped with the emergency evacuation system design yet. Therefore, conformity evaluation of LSA’s availability is required upon the existing regulation and finest design of evacuation system using IMO Intern Guidelines. The conformity evaluation of Life Saving Appliances (LSA) consists of lifeboat, liferaft, lifebuoy, lifejacket, and distress flares based on SOLAS 2014 Chapter III. The regulation of evacuation system can be found in IMO MSC.1/Circ.1238 2007. Simulation of evacuation system using with software Pathfinder. The result of evaluation states that there was incompatibility on LSA’s items. Evacuation system design took the areas of muster station around 169, 22 m 2 . The location of neighboring embarkation station with deck three was near lifeboat and on deck four was near ILR. The results of total evacuation time (T) were Case 1 lasted for 58,45 minutes, Case 2 lasted for 52,2 minutes Case 3 lasted for 51,48 minutes, and Case 4 lasted for 45,23 minutes. The calculation has been adjusted to the time standardization that was less than 60 minutes. By manual calculation, the time required by the passenger to assemble in muster station (tI ) from primary case was about 541,54 seconds and result from a simulation showed 547,3 seconds. Result on secondary case was about 569,86 seconds and the result from simulation was 576,4 seconds. The average margin of ratio 1,09%.
