ABSTRAK PT Pelindo Marine Service merupakan anak perusahaan PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) yang bergerak di bidang jasa perbaikan kapal yang dalam aktivitas pekerjaannya terdapat banyak sekali potensi bahaya dan terdapat risiko yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan. PT. PMS ini sudah mempunyai HIRARC di area galangan kapal, namun HIRARC tersebut masih belum mencakup seluruh proses pekerjaan yang ada di galangan kapal.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment And Risk Control) untuk mengidentifikasi setiap tahapan aktifitas kerja dan melakukan penilaian risiko pada setiap aktifitas kerja. Hasil penilaian risiko tertinggi pada HIRARC akan diberikan solusi alternative dengan menggunakan metode Benefit Cost Analisis (BCA) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan solusi secara ekonomi dan menekan biaya yang akan dikeluarkan dalam usaha mengendalikan risiko yang ada.Dari hasil identifikasi bahaya didapat 17 aktifitas pekerjaan dan dari aktiftas pekerjaan tersebut didapat 29 risiko low risk, 26 risiko medium risk, dan 5 risiko yang berada pada level high risk berdasarkan pada tabel HIRARC. Pemilihan solusi alternatif yang diberikan untuk menurunkan tingkat risiko yang ada pada galangan kapal dan untuk mendapatkan solusi yang lebih layak, yaitu untuk membeli alat pelindung diri yang meliputi full body harness, safety googles, dust mask, sarung tangan dan safety shoes, respirator, earplug dan juga untuk pembelian blower dan safety sign. Kata kunci : Analisis manfaat biaya, Galangan kapal, HIRARC ABSTRACT PT. Pelindo Marine Service is a subsidiary of PT. Indonesia Port III (persero) which is engaged in the field of the ship repair activity in his work there are an awful lot of potential dangers and risks that may cause accident. PT. PMS already has HIRARC in the shipyard area, but the HIRARC is still not covering the whole process of the existing work in the shipyard. This research uses the method HIRARC(Hazard Identification Risk Assessment And Risk Control) to identify each stage of work activities and conduct risk assessment on any work activities. The highest risk assessment result on HIRARC will be given alternative solution using benefit cost analysis (BCA) that aims to find out the feasibility of solution economically and costs that will be incurreg in an attempt to control the risks. From the results of the identification of the hazards of work activities and gained 17 of the activities of the work obtained 29 risk low risk, 26 medium risk, and 5 who are at risk of high risk level based on the HIRARC table. The selection of an alternative solution being given to lowering the level of risk that exist at the shipyard and to get a more feasible solution, namely to buy self protective tools that include a full body harness, safety goggles, dust mask, gloves and safety shoes, respirator, earplug, and also for the purchase of the blower and safety sign.
