ABSTRAK Alat proteksi kebakaran merupakan salah satu peralatan untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya kebakaran di suatu tempat, terutama di area industri yang memiliki potensi kebakaran yang tinggi. PT.IPMOMI (International Power Mitsui Operation and Maintenance) merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta yang mengoperasikan dan memelihara pembangkit listrik berbahan bakar batubara milik PAITON ENERGY. PT.IPMOMI memiliki 3 unit pembangkit menghasilkan total kapasitas produksi 2105 NMW. Sehingga dengan 3 unit yang ada berdampak dengan banyaknya alat proteksi kebakaran yang ada di PT.IPMOMI. Untuk memastikan semua peralatan yang ada berada pada kondisi yang siap digunakan, maka dilakukan pemeriksaan pada alat proteksi kebakaran secara berkala. Sistem informasi manajemen pemeriksaan alat proteksi kebakaran berbasis website dapat dibuat untuk mempermudah pelaksanaan pemeriksaan dan pendataan alat proteksi kebakaran yang ada. Pelaksanaan pemeriksaan dilakukan dengan mengisikan kondisi dari alat yang diperiksa kedalam form yang ada di dalam website, form inspeksi yang digunakan disesuaikan dengan regulasi yang sesuai untuk seti ap alat proteksi kebakaran. Pembuatan sistem informasi manajemen ini dibuat menggunakan PHP Hypertext Preprocessor sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan juga menggunakan My SQL sebagai database server. Jika data telah didapatkan, dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan database dan merancang tampilan website. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada website ini, semua fitur meliputi pilih petugas, input & edit data, lihat & cetak data inspeksi, lihat daftar tugas, pengisian inspeksi, lihat inspeksi hari ini dan lihat data alat proteksi kebakaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Sehingga sistem informasi ini dapat mempermudah pelaksanaan pemeriksaan alat proteksi kebakaran di perusahaan. Kata kunci : alat proteksi kebakaran, database, pemeriksaan, sistem informasi ABSTRACT Fire protection equipment is one of the tools to prevent the accident of fire in any areas, especially in industrial areas that have high potential of fire. PT.IPMOMI (International Power Mitsui Operation and Maintenance) is one of the private companies that operating and maintaining PAITON ENERGY coal-fired power plant. PT.IPMOMI has 3 generating units which producing total capacity of 2105 NMW. Using 3 generating units that have an impact with the number of fire protection equipment in PT.IPMOMI. To ensure all the equipment in a condition that is ready to use, it need to inspect fire protection tool regularly. Information system of fire protection inspection based website can be made to facilitate the implementation of inspection and data collection of existing fire protection equipments. Implementation of the inspection is done by filling the existing condition of the fire protection equipments that inspected into the form on the website, the form of inspection that used is adjusted to the appropriate regulations for each type of fire protection device. Designing of this management information system is made using PHP Hypertext Preprocessor as a programming language and also uses My SQL as database server. If the data has been obtained, then followed by the preparation of the database and design the interface of the website. From the test results that have been done on this website, all features include select inspectors, input & edit data, view & print inspection data, view task list, filling the inspection, view today's inspection and view fire protection device data. All features can run smoothly. So that this information system can facilitate the implementation of fire protection equipment inspections in the company.
