ABSTRAK Pesawat angkat dan angkut adalah pesawat atau alat yang digunakan untuk mengangkat atau memindahkan sebuah barang dengan jarak, besar dan berat tertentu yang sulit untuk dilakukan ataupun tidak mungkin dilakukan dengan tenaga manusia. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di PT. PAL telah ditemukan beberapa ketidak sesuaian dan ditemukan beberapa crane yang tidak dilakukan pemeriksaan secara berkala dan juga terdapat forklift yang sudah tidak layak pakai. Perancangan aplikasi pengingat masa inspeksi berbasis android sebagai bahan proses inspeksi sekaligus pengingat jadwal inspeksi merupakan solusi yang tepat dan bertujuan untuk mengurangi pelanggaran-pelanggaran, kecelakaan, serta membuat perusahaan tersebut siap siaga jika terjadi sesuatu yang tidak diinginkan. Pembuatan cheklist inspeksi mengacu pada Peraturan Mentri Tenaga Kerja No: PER.05/MEN/1985 tentang Pesawat Angkat dan Angkut dan dokumen terkait dari perusahaan. Data diolah dalam database di MySQL dan aplikasi ini menggunakan software XAMPP, PHPMyAdmin, dan Android Studio. Hasil penelitian dari perusahaan yang mengalami kesulitan saat melakukan inspeksi karena banyaknya jumlah crane dan forklift di perusahaan tersebut dan terbatasnya jumlah safety officer menyebabkan beberapa crane dan forklift tidak dilakukan inspeksi secara berkala. Kemudian dirancang sebuah program berbasis android yang dapat dioperasikan secara online. Hal ini membuat safety officer dapat dengan mudah melakukan inspeksi crane dan forklift di perusahaan. Sehingga Supervisor juga dapat dengan mudah melakukan pemantauan inspeksi. Terdapat notifikasi pada aplikasi ini yang berfungsi sebagai reminder untuk mengingatkan waktu inspeksi selanjutnya. Pengguna juga dapat melihat hasil inspeksi di menu report, dan juga dapat langsung di cetak sebagai dokumen. Keywords : android studio, crane, forklift, inspeksi. ABSRACT Lifting and transporting instrument is an instrument device used to left or move goods with certain distance, weight, and the certain weight that is difficult or impossible to be done with human labor. Based on the result of the observations in the PT. PAL, some nonconformities has been found and some lifting and transporting instrument in the form of cranes that inspected can not be done periodically and there are also forklifts that are not feasible to used. The design of the reminder application of the android based inspection time as a material of inspecting process as well as the reminder of inspecting schedule at once are the right solution and aimed to reduce the violations, accidents, and make the company standby if something unexpected happens. The making of checklist an inspection refers to MOM REGULATION ON LIFTING AND TRANSPORTING INSTRUMENTS NO. PER.05/MEN/1985 and related documents from PT. PAL INDONESIA (Persero). The data is process in the database in My SQL and the application uses software XAMPP, PHP My Admin, and Android Studio. The result of research from PT. PAL found difficulties when inspecting lifting and transporting instrument because of the large number of safety officer caused some cranes and forklifts not to be inspected periodically. The data conclusion of the company is obtained then an android based program that can be run online is designed. It make safety officer can be easily to inspection crane and forklif in PT. PAL. So Supervisor can be easily to monitoring of inspection lifting and transporting instrument. There is a notification on this application that serves as a reminder to remind the time of the next inspection.
