Abstrak Perusahaan pembangkit listrik yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan di indonesia yang mendistribusikan listrik memiliki peniliaian resiko dan potensi bahaya tinggi pada pekerjaan non rutin oleh perusahaan pihak ketiga. Penilaian resiko pada pekerjaan non rutin oleh perusahaan pihak ketiga tersebut dimaksudkan untuk mengurangi resiko kecelakaan pada tenaga kerja dan asset perusahaan. Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang budaya keselamatan kerja oleh pihak ketiga menyebabkan potensi bahaya tinggi pada kegiatan pekerjaan non rutin. Sistem pengawasan yang dilakukan selama ini menggunakan sistem manual. Yaitu safety officer yang melakukan pengawasan pekerjaan non rutin harus membawa form pengawasan dan dokumen tidak ada tindak lanjut. Hal ini menyebabkan tidak adanya dokumentasi lanjutan dari form pengawasan. Selain itu safety officer juga harus memperhatikan sistem inspeksi untuk melakukan kegiatan pengawasan dan pelaporan di perusahaan pembangkit. Tujuan sistem inspeksi dalam bentuk web responsive untuk meningkatkan pengawasan pekerjaan non rutin dengan menggunakan form JSA (Job Safety Analysis) merupakan metode untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan dilakukan pengendalian berdasarkan resiko bahaya yang diunggah melalui web responsive, serta sarana penyimpanan data ke dalam database. Pembuatan web responsive dan sistem informasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP-MySql. Dari hasil analisa JSA (Job Safety Analysis) pada pekerjaan non rutin pengujian web aplikasi ini didapatkan bahwa pemeriksaan JSA (Job Safety Analysis) dan checklist untuk mempermudah safety officer melakukan inspeksi yang dilakukan pada pekerjaan non rutin pihak ketiga dan hasilnya dapat tersimpan ke dalam database sistem informasi pengawasan dan pelaporan untuk meningkatkan pencapaian keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja d i perusahaan pembangkit. Kata Kunci : Web Responsive, Database, Job Safety Analysis, PHP, MySQL Abstract Power station company which is one of the companies in Indonesia that distributes electricity has risk assessment and high potential hazards in non-routine work by sub contractors. Risk assessment of non-routine work by sub contractors is intended to prevent and reduce the risk of accidents on labor and corporate assets. Sub contractors which is lack of knowledge about safety culture can cause high potential hazards in non-routine work activities. Monitoring system conducted so far is using manual system. The point is that the safety officer who supervises non-routine work should bring supervision form and no follow-up document. This results is there is no documentation of the supervision form. In addition, the safety officer must also observe the inspection system to conduct supervision and reporting activities in the power plant. The purpose of inspection system in the form of web responsive is improving supervision of non-routine work using the form of JSA (Job Safety Analysis) uploaded through the web responsive, as well as means of data storage into the database. Making responsive web and information systems is done by using PHP-MySql programming language. From the analysis of JSA (Job Safety Analysis) of non routine job in this web application testing found that the examination of JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and checklist is facilitating the safety officer to conduct inspection of non routine work and the results can be stored into system database monitoring and reporting information to improve the achievement of occupational safety and health in power plants.
