Pengelasan terlihat sangat sederhana tetapi sebenarnya di dalamnya terdapat berbagai permasalahan yang harus diselesaikan.Cacat las merupakan salah satu kendala yang mengakibatkan turunnya kualitas dari hasil las. Oleh karena itu analisa presentase jenis cacat las pada survey welding check sangat dibutuhkan.Selain itu untuk membandingkan jenis cacat las yang muncul pada sebuah galangan.Tentu dengan hasil yang di dapat kita dapat membantu kita untuk meminimalisir kesalahan. Untuk menghitung Presentase jenis cacat yang muncul tentu diperlukan data.Data yang diperoleh yakni Data NDT (Radiography Test) 3 jenis kapal dari 2 galangan berbeda.Selanjutnya setelah data diperoleh maka dilakukan perhitungan jenis cacat las terhadap 3 kapal tsb yakni kapal Ferry 750 GT,kapal Perintis 1200 GT,dan Kapal Perintis 750 GT Lintas Karimata.Selanjutnya dilakukan analisa dari masing-masing kapal.Langkah kedua yakni menghitung presentase jenis cacat las yang muncul secara menyeluruh.Selanjutnya dianalisa jenis cacat apa yang sering muncul. Berdasarkan perhitungan dan analisa dari hasil laporan NDT Radiography yang diperoleh dari pihak BKI Class Cabang Utama Surabaya dapat kita ketahui bahwa undercut merupakan jenis cacat las yang muncul pada sample 2 kapal sedangkan porosity merupakan jenis cacat las yang muncul pada 3 sample kapal dan memiliki prosentase tertinggi secara menyeluruh. Kata kunci : Las, Cacat Las,Presentase,Radiography. Welding looks very simple but in fact there are many problems that must be solved.The solution requires the various aspect of science and technology development. Welding defects is one of obstacles resulting decline in the quality of welds.It’s means decline in strenght than base material strenght or bad performan of appearance welding result that do not correspond to the demans of the strenght a contruction. In the shipbuilding welding defects can be found not only in new building but also in the old building.There are various kind of welding defects we already know and of course we ever read or study about welding defects from books,internet or when we study in college.The occurrence of welding defects can be caused by various factor such welding procedures (WPS) no obedient and human error BKI an independent organization that provides service survey and certification techniques in the world as one survey item is welding check.Welding check divided into two visually and NDT.Radiography one of the test to determine whether there are defects in palte welding or not.
