ABSTRAK Unit Padatan 75 WP memiliki mesin kompresor, digunakan sebagai suplai udara, penggerak pneumatik dan blower produk. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran Bagian K3&LH kebisingan yang timbul dari beroperasinya mesin kompresor sebesar 101,5 dBA pada frekuensi 1000 Hz. Berdasarkan Permenaker No 13/MEN/X/2011 nilai tersebut melebihi nilai ambang batas yaitu 85 dBA untuk 8 jam/hari. Perancangan barrier menggunakan Metode Maekawa dilakukan sebagai upaya pengendalian kondisi lingkungan kerja kebisingan. Pemilihan material dalam perancangan barrier adalah gypsum board dan bata ringan citicon. Titik pengukuran dilakukan setiap 1 meter, sehingga didapatkan pemetaan pengukuran kebisingan sebanyak 284 titik. Pengujian menggunakan software Comsol Mutiphysics dilakukan untuk memvalidasi perhitungan manual. Hasil perhitungan kebisingan total mesin sebesar 123,75 dBA pada frekuensi 8000 Hz yaitu frekuensi tertinggi saat pengukuran. Dan kebisingan dapat diturunkan menjadi 85 dBA. Kemampuan redam barrier yang akan dirancang memiliki kemampuan minimal sebesar 38,75 dBA. Hasil perhitungan gypsum board dengan tebal 7,5 cm memiliki kemampuan redam sebesar 73,74 dBA dan bata ringan citicon sebesar 70,12 dBA. Hasil perhitungan maekawa dengan jarak simulasi I dan tinggi 12 meter yang memiliki kemampuan redam 40,57 dBA. Hasil validasi software comsol multiphysics, barrier berbahan gypsum board dengan jarak simulasi I, tinggi 12 meter, serta panjang 12 meter memiliki kemampuan redam sebesar 81,1 dBA. ABSTRACT The 75 WP Solid Unit exist a compressor engine, used as an air supply, pneumatic drive and blower product. Established measurement result of K3 & LH Section noise arising from the operation of compressor machine equal to 101,5 dBA at frequency 1000 Hz. Established Permenaker No. 13 / MEN / X / 2011 the value exceeds the threshold value of 85 dBA for 8 hours / day. Barrier design using Maekawa Method is done as an effort to control the condition of noise working environment. Selection of material in the design of the barrier is gypsum board and light brick citicon. The measuring point is done every 1 meter, so that the measurement of noise measurement is 284 points. Testing using Comsol Mutiphysics software was done to validate manual calculations. Total engine noise calculation results of 123.75 dBA at the frequency of 8000 Hz is the highest frequency when measuring. And the noise can be lowered to 85 dBA. The dimming ability of the barrier to be designed has a minimum capability of 38.75 dBA. The calculation of gypsum board with 7.5 cm thick has a damping ability of 73.74 dBA and light brick citicon of 70.12 dBA. Maekawa calculation results with a distance of simulation I and a height of 12 meters which has a damping ability of 40.57 dBA. Comsol multiphysics software validation results, gypsum board barrier with a distance of simulation I, 12 meters high, and 12 meters long has the ability to dull 81.1 dBA.
