Abstract

ABSTRAK Kapal feri roro X ini memiliki length over all (LoA) 102,60 m dengan berat 2809 GT dan kapasitas penumpang dan crew kapal 813 orang. Karena kapal bangunan baru ini belum memiliki safety and fire control plan maka dari itu diperlukan perancangan safety and fire control plan yang meliputi LSA, fire control serta jalur evakuasi. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam merancang adalah merancang kebutuhan LSA, merancang fire control dan menentukan rute evakuasi serta menghitung kebutuhan waktu evakuasi sesuai pada regulasi SOLAS, LSA code, FSS code, IMO MSC/Circ.1238 dan BKI. Hasil penelitihan adalah (APAR) 19 unit, detektor 113, 9 pilar hidran, 278 unit kepala sprinkler daya pompa 5,05 KW, 3 main vertical zone. Penyediaan (LSA) Radio telepon 2 arah 3 unit, Radio transponder 1 unit, Sinyal parasut 12 unit, Hand flare 106 unit, Smoke signal 21 buah, Lifebouy 12 unit, Lifejacket 960 unit, Lifeboat 4 unit, Liferaft 17 buah, Rescue boat 2 buah, International shore connection 1 unit. Waktu evakuasi yang dibutuhkan untuk case 1 56,5 menit, case 2 50,25 menit, case 3 58,13 menit dan case 4 51,88 menit. ABSTRACT Roro X passenger ship has 102.60 m in length over all (LoA) with 2809 GT in volume and the passenger and crew capacity are 813 people. Because this is a new building ship, it does not have a safety and fire control plan, so it is necessary to design a safety and fire control plan covering LSA, fire control and evacuation route. The steps that should be done to design are design LSA code, design the fire control and determining evacuation route and calculating evacuation time requirement according to SOLAS regulation, LSA code, FSS code, IMO MSC / Circ.1238 and BKI. The research results are 19 units of APAR, 113 detector, 9 hydrant pillar, 278 units sprinkler, 5,5 KW head pump, 3 main vertical zone. It should provide 3 units of (LSA) 2 way radio telephones, 1 unit of radio transponder, 12 units of parachute signal, 106 units hand flare, 21 pieces smoke signal, 12 units lifebouy, 960 units of lifejacket, 4 units lifeboat, 17 pieces liferaft, 2 units of rescue boat and 1 unit of International shore connection. The required of evacuation time is 56.5 minutes for case 1, 50.25 minutes for case 2, 58.13 minutes for case 3 was and 51.88 minutes for case 4.
