Penilaian Resiko dan Penentuan Kegiatan Perawatan pada Hoist dok shiplift di PT PAL Indonesia menggunakan Metode Reliability Centered Maintenance II

RISK ASSESSMENT AND MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES DETERMINATION ON HOIST DOK SHIPLIFT AT PT PAL INDONESIA USING RELIABILITY CENTERED MAINTENANCE II METHOD

Abstrak

PT. PAL Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi kapal perang dan kapal niaga, memberikan jasa perbaikan dan pemeliharaan kapal. Perusahaan ini memiliki banyak dok, salah satu dok yang dimiliki PT. PAL Indonesia adalah dok shiplift. Dok ini dibangun pada tahun 1982. Dok Shiplift ini sangat berperan penting di PT PAL untuk menaikkan dan menurunkan kapal dari darat ke laut atau sebaliknya. Namun pada dok ini kurang diperhatikan mengenai masalah perawatan yang optimal dan terencana sehingga menyebabkan sering terjadi kegagalan pada komponen dok tersebut. Untuk meminimalkan kegagalan tersebut perlu dilakukan suatu perencanaan kegiatan maintenance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Reliability Centered Maintenance II dengan memadukan analisis kualitatif yang meliputi FMEA dan RCM II Decision Worksheet. Record kegagalan dan perbaikan komponen digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai TTF (Time To Failure) dan TTR (Time To Repair). Nilai TTF dan TTR kemudian dimasukkan kedalam software weibull version 6 untuk menentukan jenis distribusi yang sesuai. Interval waktu maintenance ditentukan dengan memperhatikan biaya maintenance (CM), biaya perbaikan (CR), MTTR serta parameter distribusi setiap komponen. Perhitungan nilai keandalan dilakukan untuk mengetahui berapa lama sebuah komponen tersebut sudah tidak handal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen dok shiplift yang mengalami kegagalan sebanyak 10 komponen (upper locking device, lower locking device, S1 directional valve, S2 proportional valve, S4 directional valve, S5 directional valve, pipa ?50dim, pompa 350 bar, lifting cylinder, rectilinier potentiometer) dengan bentuk kegagalan sebanyak 18. Dari 18 bentuk kegagalan komponen tersebut memiliki nilai keandalan, dan kegiatan perawatan yang berbeda. Berdasarkan urutan cost based criticality maka urutan prioritasnya puyer s2 directional valve, pompa, pipa ?50 dim, lifting Cylinder, potensiometer linier, dust seal lower locking device, selenoid s5 directional valve, dust seal upper locking device, rod seal lower locking device, rod seal upper locking device, selenoid s4 directional valve, valve. Penyusunan RCM II decision worksheet terbagi dalam beberapa kegiatan perawatan yaitu scheduled on condition task, scheduled restoration task, scheduled discard task dan combination task. Abstract

PT. PAL Indonesia is a company that produce battleship and commercial ship, provide service and maintenance of the ship. This company has a lot of docks, one of the docks owned by PT. PAL Indonesia is shiplift dock. This dock was built in 1982. Shiplift Dock has an important role in PT PAL. The company uses it to lift and to lower the ship from land to sea or vice versa. Unfortunately, PT PAL Indonesia does not provide regular maintenance to the dock that causing frequent failures in the dock components. To minimize these failures, PT PAL Indonesia needs to plan a regular maintenance. The method used to plan a regular maintenance called Reliability Centered Maintenance II. This method combine between qualitative analysis that includes FMEA and RCM II Decision Worksheet. Record of failures and components repair used to determine the value of TTF (Time To Failure) and TTR (Time To Repair). TTF and TTR values were inserted into weibull software version 6 to determine the appropriate type of distribution. Maintenance time interval was determined by considering the maintenance cost (CM), repair cost (CR), MTTR and distribution parameters of each component. The reliability value calculation was done to determine how long a component that is not reliable. The results showed that the component of shiflift dock that failed were 10 components (upper locking device, lower locking device, S1 directional valve, S2 proportional valve, S4 directional valve, S5 directional valve, ?50dim of pipe, 350 bar of pump, lifting cylinder, rectilinier potentiometer ). The failed components have 18 types of component failure. The 18 types of component failure have different reliability values and maintenance activities. Based on the sequence of cost based criticality, the priority order is puyer s2 directional valve, 350 bar of pump, ?50 dim pipe, lifting Cylinder, rectilinier potentiometer, dust seal lower locking device, selenoid s5 directional valve, dust seal upper locking devices, rod seal lower locking devices, rod seal upper locking device, and selenoid s4 directional valve. Preparation of RCM II decision worksheet divided into several maintenance activities (scheduled on condition tasks, scheduled restoration task, scheduled discard task and combination task).
