Abstrak

dimanfaatkan untuk merealisasikan penghematan waktu dan biaya opersionalnya menggunakan metode lintasan kritis atau disebut CPM (Critical path method). Rencana penjadwalan oleh HoD dapat diidentifikasi terdapat 31 jalur kegiatan dengan lintasan kritis mencapai 386 jam atau 15 hari; serta simpul kritis diidentifikasi pada kegiatan T dan K. Berdasarkan fakta pelaksanaan, jumlah jalur kegiatan dapat direduksi menjadi 10 dengan lintasan kritis mencapai 336 jam atau 11 hari. Penyederhanaan ini dilakukan dengan mengurai simpul T dan K dan menyusun ulang kegiatan berdasarakan WBS (Work Breakdown Strukture) secara lebih runtut; sehingga total waktu pengerjaan menjadi 336 jam (dalam rencana 547 .jam) atau 39% lebih hemat. Biaya sebagai konsekuensi pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mencapai Rp46,109,075,- .berdasarkan rencana Manajemen perusahaan dapat dioptimalkan menjadi Rp28,293,886,- berdasarkan perbaikan pada CPM yang diterapkan. Selisih biaya (Rp. 17,815,189,-) atau efisiensi 39% dicapai menjadi nilai tambah keuntungan. Nilai sharing yang diskenariokan mencapai 25% dan 50% bagi perusahaan untuk peningkatan pendapatan karyawan 75% dan 50%. Abstract

The MR of KM Alfalah II becomes the case studies object within this final project; which is focused on the propellers and transmission system. The Management of PT. DPL had made the activities schedule of MR based on the results of a special survey. This schedule was planned for 15 days based on an effective time to work 8 hours/day which is covered to 547 hours totally. In fact, there were opportunities to reduce the total time work refers to two nodes (T and K) which looks as predecessor for many activities. Obviously, these nodes could be re-arranged based on sequence of activities refer to critical path method (CPM). It becomes simpler and reduces critical time as well as the number of lines, therefore could make the cost lower. Refer to the network diagram, the HoD schedule of MR identified has 31 line activities and the critical path reached 386 hours for 15 days. Both critical nodes identified in activity T and K removed by re-ordering the activities within. The result shows number of lines activities become 10 (20 lower than before) within the critical path reached 336 hours for 11 days. This simplification is an optimizing the MR of propeller and transmission system. The 336 hours show 39% more effective which the cost demand become Rp 28,293,886,- .This costs is Rp17,815,189,- lower than the original plan that is Rp 46,109,075,- (Management plan). The difference in cost is a value-added benefits that could be share in improving the technicians base salary (Rp/hour). Refer to the mutual scenario 25% and 50% for companies to increase the income of employees becomes 75% and 50% higher.
