Dok Pantai Lamongan menggunakan airbags system, sistem ini sesuai dengan landasan slipway di PT. Dok Pantai Lamongan yang landai dan strategis. Dalam pelaksanaannya pihak pengedokan sering mengalami permasalahan dalam menentukan kebutuhan ship airbags sebuah kapal disebabkan oleh kualitas ship airbags yang telah berulang kali dilakukan perbaikan sehingga perhitungan yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya tidak sesuai pada kenyataanya di lapangan. Untuk mengetahui apa saja kriteria kerusakan ship airbags yang dapat diperbaiki dan yang tidak dapat diperbaiki di PT. Dok Pantai Lamongan mengacu pada regulasi dari USER MANUAL CHANGLINTM MARINE RUBBER AIRBAGS FOR HIGH BEARING CAPACITY by JINAN CHANGLIN AIRBAG CONTAINER FACTORY.,CO.LTD tentang perbaikan ship airbags. Dengan studi kasus penaikan (docking) kapal AWB. Baruna 01 dan berdasarkan data yang didapat dari hasil pengujian tekanan di dalam ship airbags (Air Pressure Test) yang telah diperbaiki di PT. Dok Pantai Lamongan maka dapat dihitung perbandingan kebutuhan airbags normal dengan airbags yang telah mengalami perbaikan. Dengan demikian, penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perbedaan kebutuhan pada ship airbags yang telah dilakukan perbaikan (maintenance) dengan perhitungan yang direncanakan menggunakan airbags normal sebagai estimasinya. Dan dapat diketahui perbedaan kebutuhan dengan membandingkan antara airbags normal dengan airbags yang sudah dilakukan perbaikan. Dari hasil perhitungaan maka didapatkan kebutuhan ship airbags normal yang efisien untuk kapal tersebut adalah menggunakan airbags berdiameter 1,8 m berjumlah 18 buah, dengan ketinggian kerja 0,7 m, dan jarak antar sumbu airbags 6 m. Sedangkan untuk kebutuhan ship airbags yang sudah diperbaiki (maintenance) yang efisien untuk kapal tersebut adalah menggunakan airbags berdiameter 1,8 m berjumlah 25 buah, dengan ketinggian kerja 0,7 m, dan jarak antar sumbu airbags 4,28 m. Dok Pantai Lamongan using airbags system, the system is in accordance with the runway slipway at PT. Dok Pantai Lamongan sloping and strategic. In the execution of the docking often experience problems in determining the need for airbags ship a ship due to ship quality airbags that have been repeatedly made improvements so that the calculations have been planned in advance does not correspond to the reality in the field. To find out it is necessary in the review of the calculation of required ship airbags with the conditions that have been repaired. Based on the data obtained from the test results of pressure inside the ship airbags (Air Pressure Test) which has been fixed at PT. Dok Pantai Lamongan and based on regulation of the USER MANUAL CHANGLINTM AIRBAGS RUBBER MARINE BEARING FOR HIGH CAPACITY by JINAN CHANGLIN AIRBAGS CONTAINER FACTORY., CO.LTD governing ship repair airbags are used to determine the needs of ship airbags with airbags that conditions have improved. Thus, this thesis aims to analyze the differences in the needs of the ship airbags that have been carried out repairs (maintenance) with the calculation of the planned use normal airbags as an estimate. And it can be seen the difference in needs between normal airbags with airbags that have been carried out repairs. From the results of the three types of ship airbags has diameter of 1.8 m, 2.0 m and 2.5 m with a grouping type of damage and the working height of 0.7 m, 0.8 m, 0.9 m and 1 m, the next case study raising (docking) ship AWB. Baruna01 then obtained ship needs an efficient normal airbags for the vessel are using airbags diameter of 1.8 m were 18 pieces, with a working height of 0.7 m, and the distance between the axis of airbags 6 m. As for the need airbags ship repaired (maintenance) were efficient for the vessel are using airbags diameter of 1.8 m was 25 pieces, with a working height of 0.7 m, and the distance between the axis of airbags 4.28 m.
