Abstrak

Jam orang (JO) adalah jam kerja yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan sampai pekerjaan itu selesai. Material dasar yang berupa plat adalah komponen utama konstruksi plat. Perencanaan jam orang (JO) dan perencanaan kebutuhan material plat sangatlah penting untuk dilakukan agar tidak terjadi penambahan jam orang dan pengguna material plat lebih menjadi effisien. Pada Tugas Akhir ini akan mencari hasil kebutuhan jam orang dan kebutuhan plat melalui perhitungan secara perencanaan pada proses replating bottom


Abstract

Man hours (JO) is the hours of work required to complete a job until the job was finished. Raw material in in this case raw plate is the main component of the construction plate. Planning of man hours (JO) and the plate material requirements is important to do, so that how to use the man hours and how to use raw plate on this repair is become important to calculate it?s efficience. In this final project we will calculate the need of the hour the plate needs through calculation in the planning for replating bottom and side shell plating on each section process. The results of the calculation to obtain the number of man hours and material needs of the bottom plate and side shell parts, and through the planning calculation. And fount material requirements for bottom plate and side shell replating is 22,994.6 kg with a total area of 273.39 m?. Total planning needs for plate that should be replating that used for bottom and side shell plate is 11 148 m? on each sheet. The total number of plates for replating of bottom and side shell is 31 pieces, within a plate with a thickness of 10 mm is 25 sheets, plates with a thickness of 12 mm is 3 pieces, and plates with a thickness of 16 mm is 3 pieces. For the needs of the base plate with a thickness of 10 mm has a total weight of 3150.4248 kg, plates with a thickness of 12 mm has a total weight of 4200.5664 kg, plates with a thickness of 16 mm has a total weight of 21877.95 kg. In accordance with the calculation of the planned total of all base plates are used for replating bottom and side shell is 29228.9412 kg. so we get the rest of the plate with a thickness of 10 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm is of 2587,927 kg in total, with a plate that is wasted to a thickness of 10 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm and has a weight of 2471,629 kg. Furthermore, the construction stage replating bottom and side shell plating portside and starboard spent hours as JO 3281 with the completion of 80 days with the tender period which has been awarded by PT. Pertamina for 26 days. This is due to delays in the arrival of plate material with a thickness of 12 mm. Keywords: Man hours, Replating, Bottom
