ABSTRAK Motor listrik memiliki peranan penting di semua industri. Gangguan yang sering dialami adalah berlebihnya arus yang masuk pada beban motor, karena itu gangguan yang sering muncul harus diminimalisir sekecil mungkin. Dengan kemajuan teknologi sekarang yang sangat pesat khususnya di teknologi internet. Peneliti dapat memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi salah satu perkembangan teknologi Internet Of Things (IOT) yang memungkinkan layanan yang canggih dengan menghubungkan objek baik fisik maupun virtual. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini dirancang sebuah Sistem Monitoring Arus Motor 3 phasa berbasis IOT. Sistem monitoring ini dilengkapi dengan sensor arus ACS712 sebagai input, Arduino Mega 2560 sebagai pengola data, Ethernet Shield W5100 sebagai pengubah data dari arduino dan Router sebagai pengirim data. Dalam penerapanya sistem ini dipasang pada panel kontrol motor 3 phasa. Operator atau Teknisi dapat melihat data arus melalui smartphone ketika dibutuhkan pengambilan data yang cepat. Hasil dari pengujian sistem monitoring arus motor 3 phasa dapat membantu pekerja saat pengambilan data dan dapat memonitoring arus yang masuk kebeban motor 3 phasa. Kata Kunci : Sensor ACS712, Arduino Mega 2560, Ethernet Shield W5100, Router, Internet Of Things. ABSTRACT Electric motors have an important role in all industries. Electric motors are used in the production process, therefore the frequent disruption must be minized as small as possible. Whit the advancement of technology very rapidly especially in internet technology. Researchers can take advantage of advances in internet technology, one of the development of internet technology is “Internet Of Things”.Internet Of Things is global infrastructure for society, enabling sophisticated services that connect both physical and virtual object. Useful 3 phasa motor current monitoring is carried out over a wide area and for rapid acces to data. Remote acces can be through cable, wireless or fiber optic media. In the system final project will be designed a system of current monitoring 3 phasa motor based internet of things. In this system with ACS712 sensor as input,Arduino Mega 2560 as data collector, Ethernet Shield W5100 as a data modifier of arduin, and Router as a data sender. In appliying this system is installed on the control panel 3 phasa motor. The operator or technician can view current data through the smartphone when fast data retrieval is required. The result of testing 3 phasa motor current system can assist the worker when taking data and can monitor the incoming current to 3 motor phasa motor load.
