ABSTRAK Salah satu proyek pembangunan di PT. Fiberboat Indonesia adalah kapal CB RUMOR 56 14M yang merupakan kapal berjenis crew. Kapal CB RUMOR 56 memiliki sistem fuel oil, sistem pendingin dan sistem pemadam. Sistem Fuel Oil memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi sebuah kapal terutama pada mesin. Sistem fuel oil pada kapal CB RUMOR 56 belum berstandart class dan belum dilakukan perhitungan. Pada desain sebelumnya, belum terdapat daily tank.Sedangkan berdasarkan standar BKI untuk kapal penumpang seperti CB RUMOR 56, seharusnya memilikijumlah daily tank minimal 2 buah. Sehingga perlu dilakukannya desain ulang dan perhitungan volume daily tank pada kapal CB RUMOR 56 dan melakukan pemilihan pompa yang digunakan untuk mensuplai bahan bakar dari fuel Oil tank menuju daily tank dan dari daily tank menuju main engine. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan volume daily tank sebesar 0,74 m 3 , kapasitas pompa sebesar 0,0006233 m 3 /s dan daya pompa sebesar 0,0808 HP. Sedangkan sistem dari daily tank menuju main engine didapatkam kapasitas pompa sebesar 0,0001949 m 3 /s dan daya pompa sebesar 0,0371 HP. Kata Kunci: Daya Pompa,Fuel Oil, Kapasitas Pompa, Volume Daily Tank ABSTRACT There is development project in PT. Fiberboat Indonesia is a ship CB RUMOR 56 14M which is a crew type of ship. The ship of CB RUMOR 56 has a fuel oil system, cooling system and extinguishing system. Fuel Oil system has a very important role for a ship, especially on the engine. The fuel oil system on the ship of CB RUMOR 56 has not been standard class and calculated. In the previous design, there is no daily tank. While based on BKI standards for passenger ships such as CB RUMOR 56, it should have a minimum daily tank of 2 pieces. So it is necessary to re-design and calculate the daily tank volume on the ship of CB RUMOR 56 and make the selection pumps used to supply fuel from the fuel Oil tank to the daily tank and daily tank to main engine. Based on the calculation that has been done, obtained daily tank volume of 0.74 m 3 , pump capacity of 0.0006332 m 3 /s and pump power of 0.0808 HP.
