ABSTRAK Perm asalahan yang terjadi pada turbin gas LM2500 KRI Mandau adalah shut down tiba- tiba (Trip), indikator over temperature sump B menyala. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi maka dilakukan analisa penyebab terjadinya over temperature pada sump B dan membandi ngkan perawatan yang dilakukan pada turbin gas LM2500 dengan SOP turbin gas LM2500 yang berlaku. Tempat pelaksanaan studi lapangan dan pengambilan data dilakukan di Bengkel Mesin Lantamal V Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, penyebab dari over temperature sump B yaitu pada kondisi rusak temperature tertinggi tercatat mencapai 122°C melebihi batas maksimal safety temperature yaitu 121,1°C. Temperature tinggi disebabkan oleh tekanan oli menurun dari kondisi normal, diambil contoh throttle yang sama yaitu pada throttle 6 kondisi normal 4,2 kg/cm 2 sedangkan kondisi rusak 3,3 kg/cm 2 dengan beda tekanan sebesar 0,9 kg/cm 2 . Sehingga over temperature terjadi karena tekanan supply oli yang menurun dari kondisi normal. Ventilasi sump B terdapat indikasi gas putih, indikasi tersebut membuktikan adanya pelumas yang terbakar. Sehingga pelumasan bearing B tidak sempurna. Pemeliharaan yang dilakukan hanya penggantian filter, sedangkan pada SOP terdapat banyak penjadwalan pemeliharaan sistem pelumas turbin gas. Karena tidak adanya pemeliharaan rutin sehing ga menyebabkan sistem pelum as tidak berjalan normal. Pemeliharaan sistem pelumasan jug a belum dilakukan sesuai SOP. Kata Kunci: Bearing, Pelumasan, Perawatan , Over temperature ABSTRACT Problems that occur in gas turbinese LM2500 KRI. Mandau is a sudden shut down (Trip), indicator over temperature sump B lights up. Based on the problems that occur then analyzed the causes of over-temperature in sump B and compare the treatment performed on gas turbinese LM2500 with SOP gas turbinese LM2500 applicable. The location of the field study and data collection is done at Machine Workshop on Lantamal V Surabaya. Based on the results of the discussion, the cause of the over temperature sump B that is at the highest damaged condition of the recorded temperature reached 122°C exceed the limit to the maximum safety temperature of 121,1°C. High temperature caused by the oil pressure decreased from normal conditions, for example the same throttle, at throttle 6 the normal condition is 4.2 kg/cm 2 while the damaged condition is 3.3 kg/cm 2 with a pressure difference of 0.9 kg/cm 2 . So the over-temperature occurs because the pressure of the oil supply decreases from normal conditions. Ventilation of sump B is indicated by white gas, the indication proves the existence of a burning lubricant. So the lubrication of bearing B is not perfect. Maintenance is done only filter replacement, while in SOP there are many scheduling maintenance of gas turbinese lubricant system. Because there are’n of the absence of routine maintenance that causing some components of the lubrication syst em is not running normally.
