ABSTRAK Pompa untuk kebutuhan sanitasi di PT Semen Gresik Pabrik Tuban bermerk GRUNDFOS memiliki kapasitas debit 250 m 3 /jam, head 85,6 meter. Pompa yang di operasikan sehari-hari ini bekerja terus menerus sehingga perawatannya terabaikan, dengan berjalannya waktu selama tiga tahun pompa equipment 713WP mengalami suara bising, sehingga perlu adanya pengecekan yang mengakibatkan suara bising tersebut, setelah di cek pompa mengalami keausan pada ball bearing, ball bearing mengalami keausan karena seal shaft pada pompa mengalami kebocoran sehingga air masuk kedalam sela-sela ball bearing yang mengakibatkan keausan. Penyebab kerusakan diatas, pompa mengalami penurunan performa sehingga perlu adanya reparasi agar tidak mengalami suatu dampak yang lebih serius. Dengan dilakukan penggantian seal, bearing dan memperbaiki poros. Pompa setelah direparasi kami analisa hasil menguji performa pompa dengan menghitung head pump, daya pompa dan daya motor setelah direparasi. Pompa dioperasikan selama kurang lebih tiga tahun, pompa mengalami kerusakan pada bearing, seal dan poros hal ini mengakibatkan penurunan performa. Tercatat performa awal pompa equipment 713WP ini memiliki debit 250 m 3 /jam menjadi 170m 3 /jam, untuk itu kami melakukan perbaikan. Kata kunci : bearing , head losses, pompa ABSTRACT A pump to needs plant PT Semen Gresik plant Tuban brands grundfos having the capacity of discharge 250 m 3 /h, head 85,6 meters. A pump that in operated daily this works continuous so that its treatment neglected, as time passes for three years pump equipment 713WP experienced the noise, so it needs the checking resulting in the noise, after in check pump experienced wear in ball bearing, ball bearing experienced wear because seal shafts at the pumps experienced leakage and it water enters into the sidelines of a ball bearing resulting in wear. The cause of damage above , pump has been a drop of some of the form , making it necessary to the existence of a serviceman so that they do not have been more serious .Will be conducted by way of replacement bearing , seal and fix the shaft .Having at our repair the result analysis test pump performance by counting head pump , power pumps and motor power after in a serviceman. Pump operated for approximately three years , pump damaged in bearing, seal and a shaft this result in a decline in performance. Early performance on having discharge 250 m 3 /h to 170 m 3 /h , for that we did improvement. Keyword : bearing , head losses, pump .
