ABSTRAK CV.X merupakan salah satu industri yang bergerak dibidang produksi makanan kucing. Proses produksi di CV.X mengakibatkan pekerja berpotensi terpapar kebisingan dan iklim kerja yang panas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebisingan, iklim kerja panas, dan karakteristik individu terhadap stres kerja pada pekerja di CV.X. dengan pendekatan regresi logistik ordinal. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 orang. Pengukuran kebisingan dan iklim kerja dilakukan dengan cara pengukuran langsung paparan yang diterima tiap pekerja. Variabel usia , jenis kelamin, status pernikahan dan tingkat pendidikan menggunakan data dari perusahaan. Sedangkan pengukuran tingkat stres pekerja menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisa statistik didapatkan 3 variabel yang mempengaruhi stres kerja yaitu intensitas kebisingan (p-value = 0.017), iklim kerja panas (p-value = 0.020) dan usia (p-value = 0.018). Intensitas kebisingan dan iklim kerja panas (lingkungan kerja fisik) dan usia (faktor pribadi) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat stres pekerja. Rekomendasi yang diberikan untuk mengurangi kebisingan adalah pemasangan enclosure pada mesin-mesin, penyuluhan K3 tentang kebisingan dan penyediaan APD untuk telinga, untuk mengurangi iklim panas adalah penambahan turbin ventilator, penyesuaian letak air minum dan penambahan APD berupa baju lengan panjang/cuttlepack, sarung tangan dan kacamata. Sedangkan untuk mengatasi stres pada pekerja usia muda yakni dengan penyediaan tempat konseling. Kata kunci: Iklim kerja panas, Kebisingan, Regresi logistik ordinal, Stres kerja, Usia. ABSTRACT CV.X is one of industries produce cat food products. Production process at CV.X resulted in workers potentially exposed to noise and hot working environtment. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of noise, hot working environtment, age, gender, marital status and education levels towards work stress to workers in CV. X with ordinal logistic regression approach. Respondents in this research are 34 persons. Measurement of noise intensity and hot working environtment is done by direct measurement of received exposure by each workers. Age, gender, marital status and education levels variable using data from the company. While for measurement of stress level using questionnaire. Based on the result of statistical analysis, there are 3 variables that influence stress level, they are noise intensity (p-value = 0.017), hot working environtment (p-value = 0.020) and age (p-value = 0.018). Noise and hot working environtment (physical work environtment) and age (personal factors) significantly influence the stress level of workers. Recommendations provided to reduce noise are installation of enclosure on the machines, SHE training and provision of personal protective equipment for ear, to reduce hot working environtment is addition of turbin ventilation, adjustment of water location and provision of personal protective equipment like long sleeved clothes/cuttelpack, safety gloves, and glasses.
