ABSTRAK Fasilitas produksi SP Bangadua merupakan fasilitas produksi sewa milik Field Jatibarang. Dengan mempertimbangkan potensi produksi dari lapangan Bangadua dan biaya operasional SP Bangadua, maka Pertamina EP berencana melakukan pembangunan fasilitas permanen di SP Bangadua yang terdiri dari header manifold, unit saparasi dan unit Dehidrasi (Dehydration Unit). Di dalam pekerjaan upgrading tersebut salah satu pekerjaannya ialah merancang Fire Water Tank. Untuk merancang Fire Water Tank ini digunakan standar-standar Internasional yang sudah baku seperti API 650, ASME, SNI. Lingkup pekerjaan dari tugas akhir ini melakukan pemilihan material, menentukan jumlah course, dan menghitung secara manual pada bagian desain stabilitas Shell terhadap beban angin dan gempa, lubang angin pada atap, bill cost material, dan tebal bottom annular plate, shell, roof tank dengan metode One-Foot berdasarkan API 650 11 th Edition, Addenda 2011. Spesifikasi storage tank memiliki kapasitas atau volume 935m 3 , berdiameter 34,45ft dengan tinggi sebesar 35,43ft data tersebut telah ditentukan PT Pertamina EP Cirebon selaku owner. Dari hasil data yang telah didapat dari perhitungan manual, data tersebut akan diproses dalam software ANSYS sebagai simulator dan alat bantu analisa untuk mendapatkan nilai desain yang ekonomis dan optimal. ABSTRACT SP Bangadua production facility is a facility belonging to Field Jatibarang lease production. Taking into account the potential production from the field Bangadua and operational costs SP Bangadua, Pertamina EP plans to undertake the construction of permanent facilities in SP Bangadua which consists of a header manifold, units and unit saparasi Dehydration (dehydration Unit). The upgrading work within one job is designing Fire Water Tank. To design Fire Water Tank is used international standards is standard such as API 650, ASME, SNI. The scope of work of this thesis material selection, determine the number of courses, and to calculate manually the design part of the stability of Shell to wind load and earthquake, the vent on the roof, bill the cost of materials, and a thick bottom annular plate, shell, roof tank with method One-Foot by API 650 11th Edition, 2011 addenda. Specifications storage tank has a capacity or volume of 935m3, 34,45ft diameter with a height of 35,43ft the data has been determined PT Pertamina EP Cirebon as the owner. From the results of the data that has been obtained from the manual calculation, the data will be processed in ANSYS software as a simulator and analysis tools to obtain economic value and optimal design.
