Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada proses pembangkitan listrik PLTU Tanjung Awar-Awar, daya rated generator sebesar 350MW untuk setiap unitnya. Hal iniberdasarkan pada desain awal yang tertera pada manual book. Kondisi saat ini PLTU Tanjung Awar-Awar telahberoperasi selama 2 tahun dan telah mengalami permasalahan yang dapat menurunkan efisiensi unit padaumumnya dan secara spesifiknya pada efisensi turbingenerator. Selama 2 tahun beroperasi, diperkirakan efisiensi turbine generatorunit 1 mengalami penurunan akibatbeberapa faktor dan dalam tugas akhir kali ini akan dibahas mengenai analisa perhitungan efisiensi turbinegenerator tipe N350-16.7/538/538 pada plant unit 1 menggunakan metode penurunan entalphi agar dapat diketahui seberapa besar efisiensi turbinegenerator saat ini dibandingkan dengan efisiensi manual book yaitu sebesar 98,9%. Menurut perhitungan menggunakan metode penurunan entalphi diketahui efisiensi turbine generator terbesar sebesar 86,603% danefisiensi turbine generator terendah sebesar 92,56%. Kata kunci : Turbine Generator, efisiensi, entalphi ABSTRACT In the process of electricity generation Tanjung Awar-Awar power plant, generator rated power is 350 MW for each unit. This is based on the initial design printed on manual book. Current conditions Tanjung Awar-Awar power plant has been operating for two years and have many problems that can decrease the efficiency of the unit in general and specifically on the efficiency of the turbine generator. During the two years of operation, estimated efficiency turbine generator unit 1 has decreased because of several factors and In the final project will be discussed on the analysis of the calculation of the efficiency turbine generator-type N350-16.7/538/538 at the plant unit 1 using a method enthalpy decrease in order to know how much the efficiency of turbine generators at this time compared to the efficiency of manual book that is equal to 98,9%. According to calculations using decrease the enthalpy methods known if the largest generator turbine efficiency is 86,603% and the efficiency of turbine generators lowest at 92.56%.
