ABSTRAK PT.PP (Persero) Tbk adalah salah satu kontraktor BUMN bergerak dibidang konstruksi. Hampir tidak ada perusahaan yang bebas dari potensi bahaya ataupun kecelakaan kerja. Berdasarkan sumber data kasus kecelakaan yang terjadi, perusahaan mencatat beberapa kasus selama tahun 2015. Pada tugas akhir ini peneliti melakukan analisis kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada proses pekerjaan bata ringan di Proyek The Samator. Kriteria pemilihan data kecelakaan yang digunakan adalah melihat data kehilangan jam kerja (lost time) lebih dari sama dengan (≥) 2 hari Tindakan analisis kecelakaan dilakukan menggunakan metode Events Causal Factors Analysis (ECFA) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Hasil analisis Metode ECFA dilanjutkan dengan Metode Non Compliance Analysis (NCA) yang berfungsi untuk membandingkan ketidaksesuaian penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan dengan peraturan yang ada atau berlaku dan alasan yang mendasari ketidaksesuaian. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan terhadap 7 kasus kecelakaan menggunakan metode ECFA, dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata penyebab dasar kasus kecelakaan dikarenakan kurangnya kelengkapan standart operasional prosedur (SOP) dan kurangnya pengawasan dari pihak Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja yang membuat pekerja cenderung ceroboh dan kurang berhati hati saat bekerja. Selanjutnya hasil analisis menggunakan metode NCA dapat diketahui bahwa penilaian kepatuhan (Complliance Assesment ) kepada para pekerja dan manjemen perusahaan lebih banyak dikarenakan faktor no penalty or no reward ( tidak ada sanksi atau penghargaan ) sebanyak 9, Disagree ( ketidaksetujuan ) sebanyak 4 dan Scarce resources ( sumber daya yang terbatas ) sebanyak 5. Oleh karena itu perusahan perlu meningkatkan kelengkapan SOP dan pengawasan juga strategi untuk membuat para pekerja taat akan peraturan yang berlaku di proyek untuk menghindari tingginya angka kecelakaan. PP (Persero) Tbk represent one of state-owned company contractor in construction field. Almost there are no companies which free of dangerous potentials or occupational accident. Base on data sources of occupational accident cases that occurred, company recorded several case during 2015. In this final task the researcher perform occupational accident analysis occurred in light brick working process in the Samator Project. Criteria of occupational accident selection used to see lost time data more than equal () 2 days. Accident analysis action done employing Events Causal Factors Analysis (ECFA) to recognizes causes factors the occupational accident occur. Analysis result of ECFA method followed with Non Compliance Analysis (NCA) Method functioned to compare accidental cause inappropriateness with existing regulation or prevail and the underlying reasons of inappropriateness. From the analysis result had done on 7 accident cases using ECFA method, can be known that the average causes of accident cases due to lack of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) completeness and unsupervised from Occupational Health and Safety that made workers tend to be reckless and careless at work. Then analysis yield employed NCA method can be known that Compliance assessment to all workers and company management more emphasized on no penalty or no reward factor as many as 9, Disagree as 4 and Scarce resources about 5. Therefore the company need to improve Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) completeness and supervision also strategy to make comply to regulation which applied in project to avoid highly occupation accident figure.
