Abstract

ABSTRAK PT Trias Sentosa Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Flexible Packaging Film Manufacture, salah satu produknya adalah BOPP film. Pada proses pembuatan BOPP Film diperlukan mesin extruder dan boiler. Keduanya merupakan objek yang sangat penting dan berbahaya dikarenakan suhu mesin extruder yang cukup tinggi sekitar 250 . Sedangkan boiler berperan untuk menghasilkan steam yang digunakan untuk proses preheating. Keduanya seringkali mengalami kegagalan yang dapat menyebabkan terhentinya proses produksi. Untuk meminimalkan resiko tersebut, maka usaha yang diberikan yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi bahaya pada kedua objek tersebut dengan menggunakan FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). Kemudian menilai resikonya dengan menggunakan CA (Criiticality Analysis). Selain itu, untuk mencegah bahaya dan resiko yang tidak diinginkan, maka dilakukan suatu upaya perawatan dengan menggunakan RCM II (Reliability Centered Maintenance II). Dari hasil penelitian, pada mesin extruder terdapat 8 bentuk kegagalan dan pada boiler 22 bentuk kegagalan. Berdasarkan nilai criticality number, maka urutan prioritas pada mesin extruder yaitu jacket heater, motor, thermocouple, gearbox, barrel, dan cooler. Sedangkan pada boiler yaitu feed water pump, blow down valve, safety valve, regulator valve bahan bakar, manometer, water level glass, burner, dan steam header. Untuk kegiatan perawatan pada mesin extruder yaitu scheduled restoration task meliputi fan motor dan cooler. Scheduled discard task meliputi bearing, screw, jacket heater, thermocouple, gear dan kopling gearbox. Pada boiler yaitu scheduled on-condition task meliputi steam header dan water level glass. Scheduled restoration task meliputi blow down valve dan burner. Scheduled discard task meliputi safety valve, manometer, check valve, mechanical seal, dan regulator valve. Hasil dari interval perawatan pada komponen yang mendapatkan scheduled restoration task dan discard task lebih kecil daripada nilai MTTF nya. BOP film process needs extruder machine and boiler. Both of them is the important and dangers object because machine extruder has high temperature about 250 to melt the plastic ore, and boiler produces steam for preheating. Both of them often fail that can cause production process stopped. The effort to minimalize the risk is do hazard identification for that object with use FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method. Then use the CA (Critical Analysis) to assess the risk, Other than that to prevent the unwanted hazard and risk can use RCM II (Reliability Centered Maintanance II) as maintenance method The result of extruder machine has 8 failure mode, and boiler has 22 failure mode. Based on criticality number, the priority of extruder machine is jacket, heater, motor, thermocouple, gearbox, barrel, and cooler and The priority of boiler is feed water pump, blow down valve, safety valve, fuel regulator valve, manometer, water level glass, burner, and steam header. For the maintenance activity for extruder machine, schedule restoration task includes fan motor, and cooler. The scheduled discard task includes bearing, screw, jacket heater, thermocouple, gear and gearbox clutch. For boiler scheduled on-condition task includes steam header and water level glass. The scheduled restoration task includes blow down valve and burner.
